I rarely leave reviews, but for the past few days I have encountered a lot of grumpy people! So contrast is everything! I can’t help but to think about this sprouts in particular! A few days ago I came into sprouts and I don’t go very often but this time I met a lady name Deanna. (Sorry if I spelled it wrong) she was so kind and helpful. She showed me some new products that I have never tried or would have thought to try! Not only that! She gave me many suggestions on other items to pair it with, but also other ways to use the products that she was showing me and it just blew my mind how she took the time to be so helpful and kind and understanding and it just made my day entirely amazing but it also opened my menu at home two different items! And that’s so amazing because I kind of get stuck in the same three or four meals all the time! No, I don’t frequent sprouts but I will tell you just on her. Customer Service loan would be motivation enough for me to come into the store weekly! After I left there for the past few days, I’ve met nothing but grumpy people and mediocre customer service and I keep having this feeling like I wanna go back there just ask her more questions and pick her brain and see if she has any more products that she could recommend for me or ideas for meals that I can make to get out of this monotony that I faced in my kitchen every day!
She makes you feel like you’re talking to an ant in your kitchen!
Honestly, this is been by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a grocery store!
And even though I try to live on a budget, I would pay the extra cost of higher groceries for consistent customer service like this!
When I left, it was hard not to try to hug her! Best experience ever!
P.s! She also suggested I leave with this amazing stuff called cookie butter and boy am I glad I did. I got two jars and I don’t regret it. I’ll definitely be...

Came for the grand opening deals. I stocked up on tons of coconut water ($1 a can), oven-baked vegetable chips ($5 a pound) and coconut milk ($2 a carton). I don't know how much this stuff is normally though.
I did some comparison shopping and items that I would typically find at WinCo or Trader Joe's were priced more here. I buy the organic Koala Crunch which you can sometimes find at WinCo for $2, but here was $3.79. Also the Barbara's Puffin cereal is cheaper at TJ's.
There are highlights though such as:
Supplements - Great variety; lots of different brands unlike Trader Joe's which only carries their brand Deli - You can pick up meat, seafood, prepared food. I tried their shrimp skewers (normally priced at $1.50) for dinner; fresh and convenient. They also have sandwich deals, for $5 you get a sandwich, drink, chips and treat. Produce - The prices here seemed on par and the quality looked good, fresh. I tried out their artichokes. I still prefer the ones from the farmer's market, but these were tasty. Bulk food - TJ's doesn't offer this. However unlike WinCo, all the bulk bin items are scoopable which means wandering fingers can access the bins. Service! They offer to take your groceries out to your car. I like this convenience, especially if you have a kid.
There is a small wine selection, but I wouldn't bother when you have BevMo next door! I saw Crane Lake wines 3 for $10. Don't do it. Life is too short to waste on bad wine.
They do not offer food samples like TJ's or Fresh & Easy, but they did have some small coffee samples, much...
Read moreEvery time I visit this location, I have the best time. Who would’ve thought grocery shopping could be such a great experience?
I have to give a few shout-outs. First—the samples! They’re everywhere. Honestly, Costco can’t compare. The events they have going on are always such a positive experience. Today, during one of the vitamin events, Mary Lou was absolutely amazing. She took the time to really explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I walked away feeling informed and confident in my choices thanks to her kindness and knowledge.
Now, let’s talk about the amazing team.
Rebekah, the store manager, is an incredible person who’s always happy to jump in and help with anything you need.
James in produce is the go-to guy for sandwiches! He’s attentive, listens to exactly what you want, and is more than happy to make adjustments without ever getting flustered.
Marlene, also in produce, will stop what she’s doing in a heartbeat to help you. She goes the extra mile to ensure your produce is just right for you and your family.
Amanda is a gem! She works in vitamins and will help you to the best of her ability. She takes the time to not only listen but also educate you. You can tell she genuinely cares—and that’s what makes the experience so enjoyable.
All in all, I highly recommend this location to anyone. We drive from Roseville just to come here, and I’ll gladly...
