While the Galleria is an events space it was very difficult to get to from the Sharaton Suites Galleria in a manual wheelchair or probably any type of wheeled assistant. We had to take the elevator to the roof, then cross the parking deck and cross the street to the adjacent parking lot of the Cumberland Mall. From there we use the skybridge to the Galleria and should have taken the elevator down one floor which was out of service with no sign 🛑.
