If i could give my experience NO stars i would. I came in the restaurant around 12:30pm expecting a quick in and out turnaround since there was no one in line or waiting to be serviced. I ended up waiting for OVER 25mins for ONE sandwich, at which point the restaurant had numerous people waiting for food. People who came in after me were getting their food and leaving but I still had not been called. I go to the counter and a young woman with braids reluctantly meet me. I let her know i had been waiting and customers who had came in after me were getting their food but i had not been called. She showed NO emotion and offered no apologies. I immediately asked for a refund. Again, she showed no emotion or offered an explanation for what transpired. I also discovered that in the process of her completing my refund she charged me again after reversing the initial charge!! (see attached photo). There’s clearly a competence and customer service issue (or lack thereof) happening at this location. I will be reaching out to HH Corporate office and not patronizing this location.

Read moreI went into the Akers Mill location on the 7th of June at the time there was an older white woman who was assisting me after she totaled what I was purchasing I told her that I have a reward account because I have rewards cash so she explained that she had just come back from not working and needed help with inputting my number so she asked for some help welp the black guy flipped out on her and fired her in front of me. The older lady turned blushed looked at me and apologized sadly under her breath so that the black guy could not hear. Then he apologizes for the actions and gave me my item free plus gave my grandson two free cookies. I asked twice if he was sure about what he was doing and he said yes and apologized again. The next day he the same black guy who felt badly for what I witnessed had STOLEN $162.90 from my bank account . Mind you he gave me the items for FREE. After calling different stores to get assistance no one was willfully helped me that’s when I went back to the store on Saturday to inform them of what happened. Read moreI ordered a catering order online (like I have done before) and mistakenly ordered for pick up at the wrong honey baked location. I ordered to the Cobb location by accident and called to fix this immediately when I placed the order. The man who answered the phone wanted to put me on hold, but forgot to press the "hold" button. Him and a woman proceeded to continue their conversation- not attempting to address my situation. After 10 minutes of listening to them finish their conversation, the woman picked up the phone and told me to try changing it online. Obviously that is the first thing I tried doing and once I figured I couldn't, I resorted to calling. She then told me there was nothing she could do, but cancel my order.
