The worse customer Service experience in my entire life, I came to the store yesterday to get a pair of wireless headphones’, I saw a Brand that pick my interest so I ask someone to help me since they don’t offer help unless you seek for it, they were to busy processing shipment instead of actually trying to help, right from the start when I asked for help the girl that was behind the counter seemed annoyed. I did not pay attention to her attitude so I just ask for assistance, I pointed at the item I was looking at and I told her I wanna buy this. Once she Grab the item I made sure I asked her is this headset wireless and she said yes it was. So I did not pay attention further than that and I pay and left. To my surprised when I got home they were wire headphones, I was annoyed because I asked her but since she did not wanted to help me she just said yes to make the sale, I came back Today to exchange them and she gave me a horrible attitude, she told me it was nothing she could do because I have already open the headphones. ON TOP OF THAT when I confront her and told her that she gave me the wrong information she denied it and call me A liar !. I mean why would I want to come back to a brand that treats costumers this way. I called customer service and they were not helpful ether telling me they can’t control the store experience ? I mean this was ridiculous all the way. This is why GAMESTOP will go out of business for treating customers this way. Also the girl that made this video experience so bad was a Manager. Her name was Alexandria. So in the end they did not want to even do an exchange for something that even was more expensive! I will never buy ANYTHING AT HAME...
Read moreI was very happy to have purchased a refurbished Xbox one but just two months later it died and I needed it replaced. 60 days for 250$!. Went to the location to express my frustration and they did not care. The only thing that was important was weather or not I had the warranty and receipt and original box the product came in. They knew the drill this has obviously occurred over 100 times before. Thankfully I did have all of the items they needed to honor the warranty that i spent 60$ additional dollars on. the cashier made it very clear that if i did not have each of the items listed the process is is significantly longer. Speaking of the 60$ 2 year warranty the only thing it was good for was another refurbished system. I felt that i was justified in asking how refurbished can a system be if my previous system only lasted 60 days. They had no answer. The only thing the warranty was good for was to replace the lemon i was sold, and when my system was replaced I needed to purchase a new warranty (40$) to protect the "new" machine. I feel that in my effort to save money on a new Xbox one have been caught up in scam that requires me to pay 50$ every two months or not play Xbox. Read moreThis Game Stop is very hit and miss. I at least take a peek in this store pretty often and they seldom have things I’m looking for. They used to have a guy working there who was very nice and helpful but he was transferred or moved onto another job or something some time ago and it seems like the new people who work at this location range from legitimately helpful to not wanting to be there. Also it’s almost always poorly stocked. And by that I don’t mean that they don’t have a lot of stock, its just very disorganized, the placement of shelves and racks seems random and awkward to maneuver around, some shelves are randomly empty and there’s always a mountain of boxes in the back corner of the store that need to be unpacked and stocked that are actively blocking some products and for all I know one of those boxes could be containing something I’ve been looking for. They also recently added some weird coloring table for kids that, as far as I can tell is just taking up room. Im probably still gonna keep stopping by from time to time but they seriously need a change in management...
