I was really amazed by the customer service! Becca and Andrea (I hope that’s how you spell it) helped me out and they are quite literally the best employees ever!!! I legitimately can’t stand shopping, especially jean shopping, because I’m super picky, but they made my experince so fun and warm. I was trying to find jeans for my new job, and they just went completely out of their way to find every possible dark indigo option, gave honest feedback, and hyped me up in the dressing room. I’m not one to usually leave reviews, especially for clothing stores, but these girls definitely deserve recognition!! They were so funny and kind!! Plus I’m pretty sure it was Becca’s 2nd day and Andrea’s 1st month working there, so props to them for being so knowledgeable and professional. Yay!! Great job Levi’s! New fav...

Purchased jeans online and that were way too big. Decided to go this store to make the return. So glad I did. I was nicely greeted by Rebecca who was at the register and she quickly made the retun happen. She likes her job and it shows. She and her manager informed me that everything in thr store was 40% off (except for a couple items on a table that were clearly marked as such.) I looked for some tech style pants and the manager right away foun other in my size in the back. She liked her job and it shows too. This level of customer service was exceptional! Better than what Nordstrom used to provide. I have told so many people about this experince and will continue to do so. These ladies and this store were truly a five star shopping experience.
