If I could give this store a negative star I would!
I Had a worst experience as a Louis Vuitton VIC in this particular store and had to report this to the corporate as well. I would definitely name the staff who is responsible for this frustration and disappointment for the public to be aware on how they treat people! I shop almost every week in Louis Vuitton and had a great relationship with the brand but the unprofessionalism of the Client Advisor KARL ALFONSO made a stain on my LV experience!
I purchased my First LV bag on this store in 2013 and sent it for repair recently. I got a txt from CA Andrew that my item is ready to be picked up. This location is almost 2 hours away from me. I replied that I will be able to pick it up today, however there was no response from him. I called the number he gave and KARL answered the call. He confirmed me for 8:30pm appointment. So then, we took an almost 2 hour drive to be there at 8:30. When we arrived, he asked us to go to separate line. Meanwhile, the regular line was extremely long and it was around 2-hour wait. We waited in line for about 15 min and then he told us that they don't make appointments on the weekend, which is totally different of what he said over the phone!!! and he told us to move to the END of the other line where people who never made an appointment waited. Worst part is, he talked to us in a very condescending manner. Knowing that I spent a lot of money on this brand does not make any justice at all. We were in line until the boutique is about to close. I already missed my business meeting that night and obviously lost a potential client (We all need to make a living). I spoke to the store manager on duty who has no empathy whatsoever, though she listened to my concerns but she did not make any efforts to make their client feel better. I have asked her to at least waive the repair fee which they offer for other VIC clients like me but she refused to grant such a minimal amount. Conversation ended and she just totally shrugged the situation off. No effort at all.
Bottom-line is, I am totally ok if it was communicated properly. Why would I travel 2 hours away where I can ask them to ship the bag if they do not make appointments on the weekends? Also, I was clear that I have a very important business meeting at 8:45 and my plan is to only pick up my bag and they just literally shrug it off and nowhere in their intention to offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience they made.
As I VIC of LV who loves the brand. LVMH needs to know that this particular people I mentioned including the store manager does not VALUE the business. I am hoping that this is my last experience for a very condescending SA because I treasure the relationship that I build with the brand...

Due to the negative customer service reviews at each location, I contemplated buying online to avoid a possible bad experience. Since this was my very first LV purchase, I really wanted the opportunity to âtry-outâ several handbags to determine the right look and fit for my height (tall), so I decided on the Tysons Corner Bloomingdale's â simply because Iâm not a fan of âmalls.â I am so glad I chose the Bloomingdaleâs location because the customer service I received was exceptional!
Upon entering the store, there were two client advisors present - as soon as they noticed me walk in, they smiled and immediately stopped what they were doing, then asked if I needed assistance. As the client advisor who assisted me was Suvda Otgonbayaer. As she approached me, she had a very friendly and warm demeanor. Although I did my research for over two months, I still had a lot of questions and Suvda didnât hesitate nor mind answering all of them. She made me feel as though she was genuinely interested in helping me as a customer; to make the right decision, rather than just push to âsellâ me a handbag. Suvda was very patience and knowledgeable â she showed me several different styles and she didnât make me feel rushed; she wanted to help me. She also explained proper care techniques and made me aware of the changes I may notice over time through wear. Overall, I had a great first experience and I appreciated the extra mile Suvda went through, to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my purchase. In the end, I purchased the Monogram Neverfull GM in the color, Pivoine â and I love it!

   Read moreDON'T BUY HERE!!! I bought the Artsy MM in black in April 2016 and in less than a year the handle was discoloring (red/brown). I took it to the store and they said right away that it's color tranfer from clothing. I asked them if it's color transfer how is it possible that it's on the top of the handle as well and why the color didn't transfer on the bag itself. Then they agreed to do a "quality asssessment", which left me surprised that they do quality assessments by taking pictures with a cellphone and send it to their quality center in CA. I had to laugh about it, because I don't know what quality assessment can be done with pictures and less from a cellhpone (incredible but that's the ugly truth!!!). After I argued with the store repair manager, about their original quality assessment, he agreed to send the purse to their quality center in CA. I was told that it will take 2-4 weeks, but in 5 days they called me back indicating that they got the results back and they determined that the quality of the bag is good and it was discolored due to the use of the client. I have three other LV bags and a wallet and didn't have any problem with discoloration. Ofcourse you will never win a battle against them because they will never tell you that the quality of their bags are bad. BTW some of them of this particular store are also very rude. So, don't waste your time at the store and take you $$$$ to another LV store!!! Not worth...
