THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!
I have been purchasing Michael Kors products over 25 years and always good experience since today. I made an online purchase for 4 bags and two of them came up too small and went to Tysons Corner Mall Michael Kors. The lady with yellow colored hair acting like she was the manager of the store looked at me with a very busy and unwelcoming face. I said I came for a return. At the same time she is running in the store and pretending to look like she is doing everything in the store by herself but also there are two more stuff and trying to help her. She was very rude. She said to me I need to everything on the app and show her the barcode for return. This was my first time online shopping return and at the end I did and showed the barcode to her. She wasnāt looking at my face and acting like I am problematic customer returning a stuff and taking her time. When she started to scan first bag she checked the bag and said I couldnāt take this bag there isnāt any tag. I said there is tag on the bag look at it. She said no and after look at the tag careful this was the tag. At the end she did the return but it was the most rude experience I have ever had. Please donāt put this kind of rude stuff to this big stores as a manager. I will never come bag to this...

I have been a long time customer of Michael Kors for years and when goin to make a return I was told because we paid $300 in cash and the rest on card they could not refund my payments back because it was over their allowable amount of $200. They did not express that to me with my purchase and it is not listed on the receipt in the return policy. I was informed by the staff member who was not only inconsiderate but standoffish. She could care less about the customers satisfaction. She informed me I could get my cash back by mailed check in 4-6 weeks. Almost two months away which is completely ridiculous as a company. Other than that all she could do was a gift card. Not only did I have this problem another customer came in with the same issue except she was informed that the allowable amount had to be under $100 which was different from the amount I was originally told. Not only is the staff ill informed, they could care less about customer service. This will determine if I continue to be a customer or if I should spend my money elsewear at stores like Louis Vuitton or...

However, the one at the register, whose name I believe is Zanub, because that is what appears in my receipt, was very rude.She refused to show me my watch to see if it fit or if it needed adjustment ''because it was black friday''. She told me I would have to come after the holidays, after Monday December 1st. The store wasn't even busy, it was around 8:30. Then, she asked me for an ID and email address in a demanding tone, without even explaining to me why she was requesting that information. So, I had to ask her a second time to let me see my watch, which she then let me see, reluctantly. It fit perfectly, which is good for her, since I'm sure she was frustrated because she had to work on Thanksgiving Day and therefore, did not want to do anything. I bought the watch because it was beautiful, but I was tempted to leave the store because of the horrible customer service. I'm sure that such a reputable brand could hire better...
