Extremely Disrespectful Treatment from Juliette in the Fitting Room….
I normally don’t write reviews, but after yesterday’s experience, I feel like I have to speak up. I had an incredibly unpleasant encounter with an employee named Juliette, who was working in the fitting room. From the moment I asked her for assistance, she was nasty, rude, and visibly irritated by my presence. She spoke to me in an extremely short, condescending tone, and acted like helping me was the biggest inconvenience of her day.
I’ve never felt so unwelcome and disrespected in a store. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and it made my shopping experience incredibly uncomfortable. I ended up walking out without buying anything simply because I no longer wanted to be there.
After this interaction, I spoke with the manager on duty—I didn’t catch her name, but she was short, dark-skinned, and had braids. She was much more professional and kind. She listened to my concerns and assured me that she would have a separate conversation with Juliette about the situation. She also encouraged me to leave a review through this survey, which I’m doing now.
I sincerely hope this issue is taken seriously. No customer should be treated the way I was. Juliette's behavior reflects very poorly on the store and needs to be addressed...
Read moreHigh fashion at a very reasonable price sums up this place. This location opened in mid-July 2024. It had super long queue on opening day and don’t expect it to be less anytime soon. It gets busy on weekends, however, not excessively crowded. The layout is okay but cramped like every other primark around the world due to excessive number of items at a reasonable price but that’s what it is famous for.
Staff is friendly and I would like to see it continue as the customers irate staff with not re-racking properly. Customers who are genuinely in need of assistance with selecting correct sizes will need patience. Quality of the products are acceptable, you can still get value for money items here. Many of the products are similar but not same to what you get in UK but there are items that are specific to US market.
Tips - I would recommend going to the store early in the day to get the best experience. Look for price thresholds, for example - t shirt items above $15 will have better quality and finish similar to what you’ll get from famous brands and those items will be worth it.
They have self checkout with card only and the system works great without any issues. Number of staff present to make sure checkout...
Read moreI went to Primark and saw a clear sign that said: “Sweatshirt 7-15 years - $7”. I picked up a red sweatshirt from that section, but when I went to pay, the price came up as $12. Confused, I went back to check the sign and confirmed it did say $7 — no fine print, no “starting at”, just “$7”.
To be sure, I even checked the other side of the shelf in case the sign belonged to something else, but over there it was T-shirts for $6.50, not sweatshirts.
I took a picture of the sign and asked customer service. After seeing the photo, the employee called someone to ask — but still told me “the $7 is for the other side of the shelf.” I explained again that I already checked and the other side had T-shirts, not sweatshirts. Still, her response was: “Are you going to pay for it or not?”
I paid the $12, but honestly, this was very frustrating. The pricing was misleading, and the staff didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue. I wasn’t trying to argue — just pointing out that the sign clearly said $7.
Primark should train their staff better and ensure prices on the shelves match what we’re charged at the register. This kind of customer service is...
