Let me tell you guys why I give them 5 stars. I went to a "My Eye Lab" location is Sandy Springs that gave me the wrong prescription in my right eye. It took me a while to realize it because my brain began to prioritize the good vision in my left eye. One day, I was at a doctors appointment with low light where the differences became immediately apparent. And when I realized it, I came to this location and explained the same thing that I am explaining to you guys now.

I was then given an eye retest to see why the prescription in my right eye was so bad. Well, it turns out that the numbers were wrong. You see, I could see large objects but I could not read words that were 20 ft away from me with my right eye. Matter of fact, I probably couldn't read it even if I were within 15 ft of it. This made seeing the board in class a bit tough so I would just close my right eye and use my left eye.

When I got my new prescription, it took a few weeks to adjust to the correct prescription. I was semi-light sensitive because of how accurate and sharp the prescription is with acuity. But now, I can see as if I were wearing my glasses. In fact, this location has done so well with the prescription that my vision looks the same as my glasses. My vision is so well balanced that colors are more brighter and vibrant.

I'm probably as close to 20/20 vision as my astigmatism will allow me to be. I'm able to enjoy class now that I can use both eyes to see. And for this, I am grateful! The person that helped me was a guy with long hair and glasses. I can't remember his name but he may be the manager. Thank...

This morning I walked into this store not knowing what to expect as I had not made an appointment previously to coming, they were very kind from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out, very very friendly staff. A great group of people who made this process for me very easy. They were very understanding about my budget, answered all of my unnecessary questions and Nathan helped me out personally when checking out to decide what fit my budget best.

I will definitely be back to this location. I have gone to America’s Best Contacts And Eyeglasses, and I couldn’t compare the two, this location was beyond satisfactory. They also caught the fact that I had astigmatism during my first eye exam here, and I have had 3 other eye exams at America’s Best and nobody ever mentioned it, asked me about it, or asked if I’d like extra additions onto my eyeglasses for it.

I knew deep down this was something I struggled with, but didn’t question the ophthalmologist about because they are professionals, and I know nothing about how my eyesight should look as I have always needed glasses, and id like to believe I can trust them to find these issues when walking into an exam. Went here to get my glasses done, first I need an eye exam before the end of the year and they got me right in to get it done. I ordered my own frames and went it and met with Walter. Great service and he is a 10/10. Called to pick up my glasses before traveling and was given wrong information. I drove 40 minutes to get there and now they are telling me my glasses were not cut. If the glasses are not cut then they are not ready for pick up. Someone did not pay full attention before telling me I can pick them up. When I got there it seems like she knew the screwed up but did not bother calling me before I got there. I got to the store and this lady keeps trying to talk over me and not listen to anything I was saying. Came back in 3 weeks after my trip spoke to Walter and had great experience picking in my glasses and they are great. My mistake was talking to someone else that is not Walter to confirm my glasses were ready. If you do visit this location I would deal with Walter only and no one else.
