Retail Therapy — Local services in Crested Butte

Today, I visited Retail Therapy for the first time since my daughter loves this place. We came to visit her from Texas once again since she’s been in running camp for about an over a month and half and she wanted to show me this super cute store. They have adorable jewelry, clothing and so much more, but that was not the issue. The problem was when it started pouring and the weather temperature dropped within a matter of minutes and I was there with my daughter and my other three children waiting for my husband to pick us up. At one point we walked out thinking it was our vehicle pulling up but realized it wasn’t so we came back in. I quickly asked my daughter to stand on the carpet/faux grass instead of the floor since we were a little wet and I apologized for coming back in. The older lady of the two, I’m thinking mid 50s, just gave us the rudest glare which was totally uncalled for, I had 3 kids with me, I wasn’t about to run into the cold and pouring rain. After that I wasn’t the nicest either, I’ll be honest. I am not one to EVER write reviews but this was completely unnecessary, this is the second time I visit Crested Butte and out of the many amazing people we’ve met. Ran in the boutique before a hair appointment for a last minute back up dress for a friend's wedding. The owner and associates were extremely helpful and picked a few dresses for me to try on quickly. I needed help hiding some sunburn I got the day before. I ended up with a fun jumpsuit to wear. Jules (sp?) and her colleague are the kindest and best sales reps! They helped me try on multiple styles of jeans and were genuine and honest throughout. I ended up ordering my fav pair online as they did not have the size in store but if they had, I definitely would have bought from them! Please lend them your business next time...
