As we were taking our first morning walk from our BB to town, and highly anticipating Elk Ave. we first stumbled across this beautiful building in all it's glory, her metals, wood, glass, cement... 2 sculptures shining brilliantly in the golden sun, her many multiple angles and lines demanding our full attention. We stopped, and I just had to go inside. I introduced myself to the manager and he must have recognized my excitement, so he allowed me a quick personal tour of the Performance Hall. What a beauty! She was gorgeous! Accoustics, comfort, and line of view were obviously the focus as I gazed upon her colors and beautiful wood tones. I was quickly imagining live symphonic performances, or a ballet, when suddenly I remembered my wife was patiently waiting for me outside...oh snap, gotta go!

First time visiting the Crested Butte Arts Center. We saw a great concert in a great venue the Center was very modern and clean the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are two bars and a coat check. The seats were very comfortable and the temperature inside was perfect. What a nice experience and can’t wait to go back.

First time at this beautiful venue with Ten Years Gone - Led Zeppelin tribute. The sound was great and the staff was truly hospitable. Thank you for having them and I hope they get invited back!

Currently in the process of building the new building and still needing your support for the finishes. This will be the gem of Crested Butte when completed hosting many cultural and artistic events and programs including the Crested Butte Film Festival which will celebrate it's 10th year next September 2020 for the first time in the new building. Come to Crested Butte for the incredible natural beauty that surrounds the area and enjoy the art while you are here. This town is magical especially in the off season when things...

Your new building is both financially irresponsible and designed in a way nowhere near genuine to the spirit and keeping of Crested Butte. I can only hope for everyone's sake you actually finish financing your building so we're not left with a 30 ft concrete reminder of why further review and discussion should take place before people endeavor on these irresponsible and inappropriate projects in the future. Art shouldn't have to destroy both nature and history to be cherished. At least in my...
