This has been the worst experienced I've EVER had at a Louis Vuitton store, I have never been treated like if I was a liar or committing something suspicious. My husband really wanted the limited edition men's white LV wallet with the stamps on it, we did some research to only find out they had it in select cities. For his birthday I treated him on a trip to LA and a surprise stop to the LV store at Rodeo Drive to get his wallet. I have always wanted him to have a bigger wallet because he has a bad habit of misplacing smaller wallets. After two weeks of realizing the wallet wasn't for him he decided to return it. We usually don't shop at the Galleria but we were around there and happened to have the wallet plus the receipt. After talking to the associate she kept looking at the wallet like it was strange (I'm sure it was unfamiliar to her since it wasn't available in Dallas.) She consulted with other associates to tell us she wasn't able to return in as it look used. We asked to talk to the manager (Kelly Gardner) who then came to immediately shut us out and said NO. Without a solution or trying to work with us. She was very dry and rude. Her explanation was that the wallet looked uneven. When I purchased the wallet I didn't even think to inspect it since I know LV is a respectable brand. My husband and I don't dress up to go shopping, were very casual and we happen to be an interracial couple (Hispanic and black), maybe that's the reason why these employees didn't even want to give us the time of day. Overall I'm very disappointed in my experience and usually don't put out bad reviews (unless I feel passionate about the experience) and from what I can see in these reviews I'm not the only one that's been unsatisfied with this location. Had to do store pick up for a holiday gift for my wife. Was finally able to get away from her and not be stuck at work. So I drove just over an hour to pick it up. Just to have to wait in line as is if I am wanting to buy. No separate line for in store pick up or better customer service since you have already bought.
The line was an hour long just to be the first person in line for the store director to close the door in my face. I begged and expressed my situation and all she pretty much said was too bad so sad come tomorrow. Like as if I live next door and/or it is easy to line up work and escaping my wife for over an hour to pick up a gift.
As a store director I thought she would know how to run a store and help improve the process for those who have already purchased but no. She simply said to get here sooner or come tomorrow.
Every other store I have ever gone to knows that improving in store pick up increases customer service. That’s the entire point when someone elects instore pick up because they do not have the time.
A few others were also in line behind me just trying to pick up. What a horrible way to run a business. I hope they too express their frustration through reviews. Spending thousands of dollars to a luxury store should not have a 3 star overall score. Just goes to show how little they care even after you spend your hard earned money.

I made it to the store before they closed and they refused to let me in; however they were assisting other customers. I told the young man Brent/Brit that I know what I wanted to purchase. He said they are closed. I advised that it was not 7pm and he advised they have a cut off period. At first I thought maybe due to the pandemic they are only allowed a few customers in at a time. Nope that was not the case b/c I stood there a customer went out and they still told me that I cannot come in while there were about at least 10 other customers in the store. I asked for the manager Brandon and he stated the same thing. After reading these reviews at this particular location this is normal service for them. I am not going to purchase from the Galleria location even though it's so much closer to me than North Park. This is not the way I feel associates working for a brand like Louis Vuitton should treat their customers. I will escalate this as far as I can b/c this really doesn't make any sense. At first I thought I was racially profiled but after reading the reviews and seeing some of the other people's photo's they do not know how to treat their customers. I called customer service and voiced my concern to a young man by the name of Brandon (go figure) who was very nice took my info to relay to whomever.
