Update: I went back today to get my nails filled. They put me with one of their best nail techs and she did an amazing job! If this was my first experience I would’ve gave five stars from the beginning! Since this experience was so good I will be going back again and hope to have more good experiences like this one. My friend and I have now been here twice both our experiences has been vastly different. The first time we went she had a great experience and loved her nails. My experience on the other hand was pretty bad. The lady that did my nails disregarded what I asked for (colored acrylic) because I had put on the paper acrylic but I figured after I told her what I wanted she would’ve changed it. She then proceeded to try and up charge me for gel when I specifically said several times I did not want gel because I’m hard on my nails and it chips. She then got me to agree to paying for the colored acrylic but getting gel which is more expensive so I guess it was a compromise but they chipped in two days. We decided to go again today since my friend had a good experience I thought maybe I just got someone on their off day. Unfortunately I was very wrong since I somehow got the same lady and she once again was very confused on what I wanted and tried to change my mind from colored acrylic to dip. She asked me three times if I wanted dip and also lied to me when I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said “that can only be done with dip”. I’ve gotten the style several times with what they call “colored acrylic” at other salons and it has never been done with dip. Not having the ability to do it with “colored acrylic” is very different than it only being done with dip. The nails I ended up getting aren’t great either. The color is very light and she put so little product on you can see straight through to the extension. She also wiped off the top coat and I saw her realize that it wasn’t shinny but she walked away. I started looking at them with my friend asking what she thought and the lady came back over after and added another top coat then tried to blame it on me. All this being said I like the salon atmosphere and both pedicures I have gotten were great but the lady I have gotten both times is not the best and if I ever go back I will be asking specifically not to have her. Note: I wish I got her name but I cannot remember it to save my life.

*Don’t look at picture if you can not handle looking at blood* Absolutely horrible experience. I will not name the nail tech, I don’t want to publicly blast her, but she was horrible. I was getting a pedicure and she cut off a piece of my skin on my big toe. Not a slight cut, but a whole piece of skin. It would not stop bleeding. She tried to hold pressure, she put my foot back in the water, then she tried the powder to stop it. It would not stop. There were other techs around that grabbed some Neosporin and pieces of cotton. The lady touched the end of the neosporin directly on my cut! So unsanitary! Blood was on the tube… it was just a whole mess. I ended up telling the lady I would hold pressure on it because she looked frazzled and didn’t know what else to do. It looked like two ladies went to go tell the manager, but apparently they didn’t. It took 15 minutes for the bleeding to stop. The lady who did my nails said she would take off the gel charge so she crossed it off. When I went to check out, the male manager acted like nothing had happened. He gave me my total and I told him that I’m not paying for anything after that experience. He looked clueless. I told him what had happened and he said he would give a 20% discount. I told him absolutely not and showed him my toe. He then proceeded to ask another lady who came over to talk to me. She got another bandaid and kept saying “the bleeding stopped, the bleeding stopped”. I said yes it did, after 15 minutes! They didn’t seem too concerned. I ended up not paying for it, but will NOT be going back. I felt like the tech was trying to cover her back and I was irritated that no one made the manager aware, supposedly.

Decided to go here for the 1st time for Mother's Day to relax and to treat myself. We'll Everything was going well with the manicure and pedicure until employee Vinh cut me on my toe and over-scraped my feet. Instead of acknowledging I'm sorry I cut you right away, he was trying to hide his mistakes by trying to find something to stop the bleeding. Whatever he tried using on my feet which was a small reusable bottle of green stuff that was empty. He ended up sucking up some of my blood in the bottle and cap the bottle. He then tossed it back into his container box. One, seriously that is a biohazard ☣️. Makes me question do they sanitize their salon. He then decided to put my foot down into the water which made things worse and hurt like hell. I guess in his mind he thought the water would stop the bleeding it did not. Then he sprayed nail polish removal which has the alcohol ingredient and that stung big time. Once he was done, I reported it to the front desk at checkout and they seemed to disregard my comments and provided me with a 5-dollar coupon and said sorry that happened. Instead of adjusting the price of cost of the service, they were insisting on tips. Pretty much 1st and last time I'm coming here.
