I had my boyfriend take in my cat while I was at work. Prior to the appointment they asked for any previous vets so that they could call them and get all his medical history. I gave them two and they must have only called one because they told my boyfriend he was due for several vaccinations, when they do not expire until 2028. When I called to let them know of their mistake there was no apology no accountability and no concern for my pet who had been double vaccinated. I then went in to the location and the woman was nice enough (not her fault) but again no apology. She also made no effort to make it right and I had to ask about health concerns regarding double vaccinations and then also ask to have the charge reversed. She then called their business operations team. She came back and said it was being looked into. She gave me no idea if I would receive a call or a referral number. I also had screenshots on my phone where I clearly put the two vets, and screenshots of his medical records proving he did not need these vaccinations for another 2.5 years, but they “needed to look into it.” Horrible...
Read moreMy fur baby needed an appointment asap. That morning I was able to schedule an appointment for the same morning. They were very helpful. Went over pricing with me to help keep it within my budget. Treated me with kindness and respect. At no point did I feel judged (I feel like most of the time there is judgement at vets). The vet tech was very nice; he spoiled my fur baby, had clear communication, and great “bedside” manner. The vet herself was super sweet. Treated me with respect, went over medications, and overall was a very positive experience. The day after my appointment they reached out to check on my baby. I have never had a vet take the time to check in after an appointment. For anyone looking for a primary or urgent care vet. These are the people for you. Thank you all at Sploot so much for the...
Read moreI took my dog in for the rubella vaccine and the lepto vaccine and paid the fees plus the initial exam fee. Before agreeing to get any vaccines the veterinarian told me I would need a follow up vaccine 6 weeks after the initial vaccines. I double checked with the vet what the price was for the follow up. They said no exam fee of $89 (since he has a thorough exam on the first visit with the initial round of vaccines) JUST the price of the follow up vaccines. This was the e ONLY reason I decided to get these vaccines here. Whether the veterinarian misspoke, or it was false advertising, Sploot should have corrected the matter by waiving the exam fee and honoring the price of just the follow up vaccines. There was nothing to the exam besides weighing him and telling me that he’s a good...
