This is just hooters if the brand was bikini girls at an off brand hunting lodge. I wasn’t going to post till i saw how rough i looked when i saw my reflection when i got home.
I hadn’t eaten since 8am and came from being in the ER. I needed food but everything was closing. I came in just looking for food and the girl at the front immediately tried to get me to spend money on alcohol despite the hospital wrist band i was stuck with because i didn’t have scissors. I heard her use the same line on the couple who were sat next. Same line and everything. The next waitress was initially attentive and the food came fast but it seemed like they ignored me because i wasn’t spending money.
It was actually kind of appalling i tried the food but bit into cartilage. The fries had uneven coating and the server came with a dinky little 2 tablespoon cup of ketchup. I tried to get a person to get more ketchup but I might as well have been invisible. I gave up on the food and attempted to get the check. I think it was unreasonable because I eventually pushed the plate away to show a physical signal im not eating and she didn’t even check if it was ok. I finally got her coming from the hostess stand, told her i disliked the food, and it took 20 minutes for her to get the bill and another 10 minutes for her to get my card so I could leave. What really struck me was that when i got up to leave she was not helping someone and ignored me. I tip pretty well most of the time but that was just insulting. I think i got written off as not a high spender or tipper from the jump after refusing upsells. Who tries to get an obviously sick to buy alcohol.
Don’t believe the reviews. The place smells gross too. A waste of $18 for half a chicken tender a handful of fries and a few sips of a horrible non alcoholic strawberry lemonade thing. No water was given either or offered.
When i pulled out of the lot there were 3 cop cars with lights on nearby. Nothing good happens with hanging around a place...
Read moreAs someone who travels extensively across the country for work, I've had the pleasure of visiting many Twin Peaks locations in Texas and Colorado. Hands down, and six ways to Sunday the Twin Peaks in Centennial stands out with the best ambiance. Every visit feels like a treat, largely due to the great service and immaculate cleanliness of the establishment. I’m not exaggerating when I say you could almost eat off the floor; it's that well-kept.The staff at this location are exceptional. Full disclosure, I am not claiming to be an expert in theology, but I am pretty sure all the servers there are angels; particularly Lexi, who may very well be a goddess who walks amongst mortals. Again, not an expert, so I would encourage you to see for yourself. I am sure you will not be disappointed! But I digress… Their consistent professionalism and warmth make each visit feel like I'm among friends. I would like to give a special shout-out to the manager, Danny, and the GM, Jason. Both of these guys are always out there doing their thing, making sure that this place runs like a top. I first visited this Twin Peaks in 2022, and it’s a must-visit spot any time I'm in Colorado. The menu is diverse and delicious, but I highly recommend the green chili, a Colorado special, and the billionaire bacon—both are phenomenal. Additionally, their collection known as Grandpa's Stash features rare bourbons, whiskeys, and tequilas. My personal favorite is the Don Julio 70, an Añejo that’s been charcoal-filtered for a smooth finish.Overall, I’ve never had a single complaint during my visits. This location consistently delivers an outstanding experience, making it my top choice for dining...
Read moreTwo Stars: Incompetent Management Ruins Dining Experience at Twin Peaks My recent visit to Twin Peaks was ruined by an incompetent manager who clearly isn't qualified for his position. I had just ordered my food and was enjoying a non-alcoholic Heineken 0.0% beer while waiting for my meal when the manager approached my table. Without any justification, he accused me of being intoxicated and demanded that I leave the restaurant immediately. I was completely baffled, as I was simply drinking a non-alcoholic beverage. Even after it became obvious that my drink was alcohol-free, the manager refused to admit his mistake and continued with his baseless accusation. Instead of apologizing and allowing me to stay and enjoy my meal, the manager insisted I leave. I had to get my food packed in a to-go box without even getting the chance to sit and eat in the restaurant. The entire situation was weird, uncomfortable, and made absolutely no sense. The food itself might have been decent, but I couldn't properly enjoy it due to this bizarre confrontation. The manager's behavior was unprofessional, discriminatory, and showed a complete lack of customer service skills. It's clear that he's not qualified for his position and should seriously consider finding a different line of work. I'm giving two stars only because the kitchen staff at least managed to prepare my food. However, I strongly caution potential diners about visiting this Twin Peaks location. You might find yourself facing groundless accusations and being forced to leave with a to-go box, all because of a manager who can't admit when he's...
