Editing/adding a review this store is absolutely the worst especially since I've worked a red robin before. I made a 2go order with 4 alcoholic beverages. I didn't notice it was missing 2 truly cans from the bag which was positioned to al.ost conceal the 2 missing, called store and was on hold for a long time until host realized I was forgotten. I was told the managers were busy due to short staff, which is understandable, but due to this I was told my name and number and complaint would be recorded for when I'm able to get the other 2. I'm not always near this store . I called back to get it and the manager put me on hold to communicate with the other managers after I gave her the info. Was put on hold once again and then was given the excuse that they don't usually work missing items Like this, and they would have refunded that day. So the host didn't communicate to the manager or record my complaint. If that is truly the way they handle this, then why didn't a manager reach out to take care of it that day. Also if that's the it's handled then why is another manager need to confirm what she ready knows and could've saved me the time of communicating that that's not how it works. Nope this store once again gives the run around I'm hopes to lose a customer. Poor store, always understaffed, managers don't have the knowledge or communication that a functioning store would have. Restaurants used to have a saying customers are always right, and when I say this I say it to remind them they need to be more open to listening to the customer. And when I end a business call with a customer, I always wish them a good day, and wish they will return. I was hung up on after I mentioned reviewing them. Well goodbye red robin. I really hope that you have new solutions to fixing the staffs attitude.
Put my order in and then used the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like someone was smoking In there and I saw an employee leave the bathroom before entering. And while using the stall. The manager (female) came into the bathroom and kicked me out of the restaurant. Wouldn't tell me why. Just said they can't have me there. Legally they have the right not to serve. But I think that this restaurant just assumes the worst In people and is prejudice. The whole staff gave me dirty looks and treated me like I wasn't human with feelings. Just told me I needed to leave after doing nothing wrong. They didn't answer why I needed to, and gave me dirty looks. The manager think she's better than everyone and more attractive. She went into the bathroom without a male employee at first to tell me to leave , very uncomfortable. I assume that the employee before I went in smoked something in the bathroom. And someone smelled it and when I entered the employee left. So she assumed I was the one smoking. If she would've called the cops like she should've she would've found I didn't even have a lighter on me. And the cameras would've shown the employee leaving...

Read moreSaturday July 27th on our way home after the tiring trip to the Renaissance Festival in Larkspur, we stop for linner.
We were quickly seated and our server, Dave, asked how we were. I said, " We are hot and we're fried! We just came from the Renaissance Festival. " Someone else said-- we would like waters please.
Within a couple minutes, Dave had returned to the table with waters and straws and asked if we were ready to order. We ordered. I just ordered the endless salad, which had cucumbers, which I love. And the others ordered a mushroom burger, 1 with broccoli and 1 with salad.
When we were done ordering, I asked Dave, "Do have anything we can make paper airplanes out of?" Which I probably wouldn't of asked if I wasn't hot and fried. Dave said yes, immediately brought us children's menus. And in less than 30 seconds made a Ring Plane, He called it something else, and said we could fly the airplanes in a section that didn't have people that we would bother. He also shared that his Dad used to work for Boeing when he was growing up.
Throughout the rest of the meal, it was like Dave had eyes in the back of his head, whenever we needed something, he was there. He had other people he was serving too. One of the others said that he reminded her a little of Robin Williams because of his kindness and willingness to roll with it.
It was so refreshing to have one of the best servers I have ever had in my whole life, especially after the hotness and craziness of the Renaissance Festival.
I wish I could give Dave an award for being either the best, or the coolest or both.
Thank you Dave. We...
