Uptown Plaza — Attraction in Houston

Went to grotto. The waiter was great however it was a huge example of how and why covid is running rampant. None of the staff were wearing gloves except for 1 busboy. Also the staff was fistbumping with patrons. There were signs up for social distancing however the staff did not enforce it and the bar specifically was full with people sitting right next to each other. Wait staff removed their masks at times. And a street beggar walked into the restaurant without a mask and was in the restroom for a while and nothing was said to him when he entered. If they were not willing to turn him away they could have offered him a mask. This was all directly in front of staff and management. I went here to eat dinner on a Saturday night and I thought it has a great location it's quite near the Galleria mall so it is relatively easy to get to if you just had a day off shopping in the Galleria. You know this place horrible wait more like pager seating all they are missing are the pagers. Music is super loud the waiters are practically yelling the special at you. If you want to be a club, be a club. If you want to be a restaurant, be a restaurant. Brandon the waiter was awesome and a magnificent server. Tended to our needs and was polite.
