I am a current resident. They have done a fantastic job with this place. Starting with the management/maintenance: They have done seemingly everything to help make this feel like home. They are always friendly, but very professional. There's 24/7 security staff, and they are also always friendly and helpful. We've only had a few minor problems, but the maintenance staff and front office is on point with quick resolutions. The online resident portal is comprehensive and intuitive. The Community: The building puts on frequent events for the 360 Market residents. There's usually food and drinks involved, and it's a great way to get to know the staff and your neighbors. The Building: There's nothing else like this downtown. Prime location with attached parking. I believe every room has floor to ceiling windows, and a balcony. There's plenty of floorplans, and price ranges available. There are some awkward angles, due to the curvature of the building. Also, there are some odd nooks in the layout because of the columns, but the huge windows make it feel extremely spacious. Amenities: This is where this place is leaps beyond anywhere else. The fitness center is great, with an attached yoga/spin studio. There's a beautiful pool table and shuffle board in the community area. This area has a kitchen, and many TVs with cable. It then opens up onto the roof of Whole Foods, where there's another outdoor TV, 3 grills, a grassy turf area, and a pool overlooking the city. Keep up the great work guys!

We are expats from Australia, arrived in Indianapolis 2 months ago and moved into a unit here last month. We have lived in 4 different condos when we were expats in Singapore (managed differently) just before we relocated here so we know what we are looking for. The highlights why we chose 360:- Facilities and amenities : just like living in a 5 star hotel everyday! I like the decoration in the residents amenities area on the 5th floor. I felt relaxed just sitting there, It is very well maintained ....indoor and outdoor. Same as on the ground floor .... reception and concierge areas. Overall - VERY CLEAN! I feel safe staying here too. Bonus - Wholefoods Market downstairs! Leasing team : I will give a more than 5 star rating if there is one! From my first enquiry email, I was already very impressed with the services provided by Kristen. She is very responsive to all our emails in a prompt manner every time. Since moving in, we found out the rest of the 360 team (ie Lea, Zac) is very professional and very friendly. Very impressed with the Concierge team too - it’s so nice to get friendly greetings every time! Communication : I like the emails and text messages to residents to advise of what’s happening here. Plus the Residents Get Together events. To me it doesn’t matter if there is any issue or problem, the staff is ready to assist to find a solution ASAP. Very highly recommended for the Customer Service - OUTSTANDING! P/S ....our unit is on a high floor with an AMAZING view!

360 market square condominium is bankrupt! We rented in this condominium for more than 3 years but in this last year the situations changed in a very unpleasant way. We discovered that the owners of the 360 market square Indianapolis condominium are bankrupt and the condominium is under fraud by the loan company that financed them. Garbage in the hallways of the apartments in front of the apartment doors, a common area in very poor condition, a swimming pool with yellow water, continuous disturbances from homeless people inside or outside the building, creating situations where the police need to be called to resolve it. We tried in a good way to talk to administration (when present!) without success. To finish our rental contract and find a nicer and safer place for me and my wife who needs tranquility and peace and our 11-year-old service pet who was already attacked 3 times in this 360 market square condominium and reported to the manager Whitney he did nothing to resolve this situation. I really write this so that people who want to rent in this building are aware of what they are going to find. A LOT OF GUIDANCE HERE THEY ARE NOT SAFE

If you’re considering 360 Market Square for "luxury living," look elsewhere, I beg. The apartments aren’t in the best condition when you move in, and management doesn’t prioritize maintenance. I made a maintenance request over two months ago, only to find it canceled without communication. Despite follow-ups, there’s still no resolution, and it has been over two months since I first notified them about the issue.

Safety is also a serious concern. Homeless individuals have been seen living in the stairwells and, on multiple occasions, breaking into apartments. Management fails to notify residents of these security issues, showing a total lack of accountability and care. If any incident occurs, your best bet is to call the police directly, as management offers no assistance or cooperation.

The amenities are okay; I would say the dog park is the worst of them. The dog park is consistently filthy and poorly maintained, which is disappointing. Adding to the concerns, the building’s management company faces a multi-million-dollar lawsuit from a lender over payment defaults for the property. This financial instability only underscores the poor management and lack of accountability here.

The only redeeming part of 360 Market Square is the concierge team— special shout out to LaDonna and Michelle; they’re helpful and kind, which is more than I can say for the management.

This doesn’t even begin to cover the issues I’ve experienced during the time I’ve lived here. I regret renewing my lease and would never recommend this...
