Presidential Place Park — Attraction in Indianapolis

Most of this "park" is the 301 E Washington Parking lot, leaving only small surrounding strips of grass and trees.

A large American Elm grows at Presidential Place, on the corner of Washington and Alabama streets. This tree was planted by President George H.W. Bush in 1990, to honor Ryan White; the nearby brickwork is usable as seating. More trees form a line down Washington Street.

This is about as far from a tourist attraction as you can basically get. There's nothing to see. Some hobo sleeping on the bench near the plaque, justice system building across the street, one of the pictures somebody posted here was of the bus station... You might as well just forget this even exists. I have no idea why this is even listed. Definitely not an attraction, and tourists don't know it's there if they walk...
