The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. The manager, a woman with medium brown skin, was shockingly strict and displayed clear racial bias against Asians. I was purchasing a gift for my birthday, while my sister was buying two shirts for herself. Without any valid reason, they accused us of attempting to resell the items, even though it was our first time shopping with this brand. They had no prior purchase history or any information about us to support their claim. The manager abruptly left after telling us we couldnāt buy anything, and we were left waiting for her to return and explain. Later, a man approached us, asking if we had a 25% off coupon, to which we firmly replied noāweāve never had or shown any coupons. When we proceeded to check out and provide our phone numbers, the staff rudely interrupted, claiming they wouldnāt sell to us. The manager eventually stated that she thought we had a 25% off coupon but allowed us to purchase. However, there was no apology, no courtesyājust rude and dismissive behavior. While the store offers high-quality products, the experience was appalling, more akin to a chaotic marketplace.
