If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I’ve tried giving this store a chance since I live closer to Katy but it never fails to give me such an unpleasant time each time. The last visit I had really takes the cake, they are just so rude, more so the so call “managers” who run this place. This company has to re evaluate their management, it’s honestly a joke from what I experienced. Not even surprised the few staff that were so kind to me aren’t even here anymore and that says a lot. I would just go in for jewelry and i was upset when i heard Mariela left but then again it’s a good thing she did. One time she was helping me, those two managers Bukola and the “store director” who goes by the name Kim DeVeauxMoh (store director) who was mostly very unprofessional, coming up to us every 10 minutes always asking if she was done helping me so she can attend the line that was forming. As a manager or store director shouldn’t you be helping out your own staff and not waiting on them to do everything around YOUR store? I wish I was kidding with this but ever since Kim kept coming back to us after the 3rd time I was just watching her walk around doing nothing since I clearly couldn’t focus on what I came in for after that and when I tell you she saw that line forming and had that poor employee by themselves on the register, she turned the other way to not go help. I wish I could have recorded my experience as a paying customer. You would expect management to be a good role model for their employees which unfortunately is not...
Read moreI enjoy shopping here but they need to get their systems together. There have been several times that I have exchanged an item later and if there is a refund, it goes right back to my account, immediately, like before I leave the store. This time, there was some error in processing its so the manager makes me use credit instead of debit (not consistent with their policy since i I paid debit). So like 8 hours later I see nothing pending for my account and since their machine had a problem during the transaction and it has never taken more than a few seconds, it raised a red flag. I go back to make sure everything was done correctly and was yelled at and treated like an idiot.I have never had a bad experience with this location or staff before, but this girl was completely rude. Basically told me it always happens, my bank will wait 48 hours? The policy on the receipt says 48 hours (wrong). I mean i spend a lot of money here! At least be polite, don't yell at customers and TRY to ease my concerns. Anyway, still nothing pending on my end. Fyi, for an exchange or refund make sure they stick to their own policy and use the original method of payment. I'm completely offended at the way this young girl spoke to me and until that only had good things to say about the staff. I still don't know if I will ever get that small refund and I just needed reassurance that it had been processed...
Read moreWorst store ever! This was the third time I've tried to purchase an item only to be told that the price on the tag was incorrect and, of course, each time the price was higher. I went to purchase a pair of shoes and because they were pretty expensive only one shoe was on the rack and you had to ask an associate for the other shoe. Now both shoes had the same price tag on them however the box stated another price, and of course two store clerks told me that that there was nothing they can do but charge me the higher price. Again, this was the third time this happened to me at this store. One other time it was the same where they had to get an item from the back and although the tag stated one thing they claimed it was incorrect and they wanted to charge me a higher price. And each time the excuse was that they couldn't override the system....
