I recently had the opportunity to visit Big Chief Go Karts, and I must say, it was an adrenaline-fueled experience that left me with a huge grin on my face. If you're a fan of go-karting or simply looking for an exciting activity, this place should definitely be on your list. First and foremost, the track at Big Chief Go Karts is fantastic. It's well-maintained, with smooth asphalt that allows for fast and exhilarating rides. The layout of the track is designed to challenge both beginners and experienced drivers, with a good mix of straights and corners. The karts themselves are in good condition and provide a thrilling speed that adds to the overall excitement. One aspect that impressed me was the availability of different kart options. They offer both single and double-seater karts, allowing families or friends to ride together and share the excitement. This versatility makes it a great place for groups of varying sizes and ages to enjoy the go-karting experience. The pricing at Big Chief Go Karts is reasonable considering the quality of the experience they offer. While it may not be the cheapest option available, the overall value for money is definitely worth it. The duration of each session provides ample time to fully enjoy the thrill of go-karting and make the most of your visit. With a well-maintained track, friendly staff, and a range of kart options, it provides an enjoyable outing for individuals, families, and groups alike. Just be prepared to leave with an adrenaline rush and an irresistible urge to come...
Read moreOur family was super excited. It was my husband, my self and our 2 daughter (3 and 9). When we got their the lady with the tickets is not at all happy so be prepared to be given a look and some attitude. Our first time we rode it was just us because their was no line and our girls loved it so much they wanted to go get on again the second time around their was no one in line again when we hoped in The karts but then 3 men got on behind us. My husband was on the first kart, my 10 year old in the second kart and me and my 3 year old in the 3rd with the guys behind me. Before the lap even started they were already bumping me in the back once the lap started I told my daughter to drive on the right so that they can pass us. They didn’t care and smashed right into her car multiple times. Staff did not do anything to remove them and I stayed right behind them so that they wouldn’t do it again on their next lap around. We went really slow the next few laps because we were afraid they would smash into us since they were doing it on purposes. My husband didn’t see since he was all the way Infront once we parked the kart I got up and confronted them and told my husband which they jumped the fence and ran off.
This place can be dangerous for kids especially when adults don’t care to hurt them just for their thrill. They could’ve easily waited for the next laps to start or just carefully passed her before started...
Read moreMy husband greeted the girl at the ticket booth very warmly and friendly and she literally didn’t even acknowledge him so that was our first impression. The women’s bathroom had no locking door, toilet paper and the toilet didn’t flush. Our friend that was with us ended up being too tall to fit into the go-kart and they pretty much told him too bad so sad no refunds. During our first lap, my 9 year old got slammed into by a child that didn’t look tall enough to even be driving. He got hit so hard he hurt his mouth, shoulder, neck and back and was crying hysterically. They wouldn’t let me near him and instead made us go all the way around. Then once we were all parked they still wouldn’t let us out as I’m watching my child crying off on the side lines alone. My husband finally got out to get him while the staff yelled at him and ordered him to sit back down. The race was cut short for ALL the riders after 1-2 laps depending on where they were and they told us once again, no refunds for the remainder of our tickets. I get it, the announcements tell you repeatedly you are liable for any injury to yourself or others (as the mom of the kid who injured our kid high tailed or out of there as fast as possible). The least they could have done was refund our tickets since our kid was too injured to ride anymore and our experience was less than stellar. Another huge disappointment by a Mount Olympus...
