Our visit to Grateful Shed was a truly unique and memorable experience for the whole family! This indoor food truck park is full of vibrant, eclectic charm that immediately sets the mood for a fun dining experience. One of the standout features is the seating options—we chose to eat inside a retro 1960s VW Bus, but we could have also picked a full-sized Greyhound Bus, which added to the playful and whimsical atmosphere.
The food was fantastic. My daughter enjoyed a classic cheese pizza, perfectly baked with a crispy crust and plenty of gooey cheese. My wife had the tacos, which were fresh, flavorful, and well-seasoned. I opted for the chicken Cobb salad, which was both delicious and balanced with fresh ingredients. Each dish was a testament to the quality and care that goes into the food at Grateful Shed.
Adding to the experience, there was live music that created a lively and entertaining backdrop while we ate. The drink options were also a hit—there was a great selection of beers and refreshing smoothies that paired well with the meal.

We are food truckies, so this was right up our alley. For 2 of the kids we got 2 of the Chz Burgers from Amigos because the kids wanted the car tray/holders they came in. Burgers actually tasted pretty good and came with wedge fries and those were nice and crispy. The other kiddo got the Kidz grilled chz from the Grateful Melt because, surprise, it had a car tray/holder as well. I blinked and that sandwich was gone so I think he liked it.
Me and the wife split some tacos from Pasquals and by far these were some of the best tacos I had in a bit. Not all of them, but the Carne Asada and chicken Fajita were probably our top favs. The Carnitas was my 3rd and the Gringo was my wife's 3rd choice.
We also split loaded chz fries from the Grateful melt, and these were not impressive. They did not taste like fresh fries and the toppings didn't make it stand out - more mess than anything.
The inside was definitely fun to be in, as you had options of sitting in vehicles, or a giant bus in the air, and there was so much to look at and notice (like a bar made out of video cassette tapes).
Would definitely recommend going, or...
