Levi’s Outlet Store — Attraction in Las Vegas

Visited on a quiet Friday afternoon at about 4:30. Very few customers in the store. Was looking at the clearance merchandise - a sales associate was busy folding the jeans on the clearance shelves ignoring me and my daughter who were looking at the jeans. We tried to reach around her but she wouldn’t move. She did ask if we wanted help, but we didn’t want help because we wanted to look through the styles of jeans. She continued to block the jeans. I nicely asked if we could sneak in and look - I’m surprised I had to ask because generally when a customer wants to look at merchandise the sales associate will move out of the way instead of continuing to straighten items. We did eventually get to look and since it’s the clearance shelf we had to look through all of the items since they weren’t sorted by lengths, styles, etc. I did my best to make sure I was folding items to put them back. Another sales associate came to me and ask if I needed help - I did not - I wanted to browse and look. He proceeded to tell me that the other sales associate was very upset because she was hit on the head with a pair of jeans. I did not see this happen and if I did I would’ve apologized. When and if that happened, she should have moved and let us look. A store is made to shop in and not to just look at. I am extremely disappointed in the accusatory tone the other sales associate took with me when I was only trying to shop. I have shopped at this store several times before and always have been treated kindly....

On 02/13/20 Had a Gentleman Tom assist me who is very nice and helpful. I had an issue with the girl who checked me out. I got back to the stratosphere hotel Where I am staying at and realize she had forgotten to takeoff the black security mechanism on one of my clothing. I called 9 AM 02/14/20 To inform them of this & they told me to bring the clothing back for removal. The girl on the phone who said she was a manager Zaige was very rude . I told her Uber/lift ride down there would be $18 each direction for a total of $36.00 Why should I be on the hook for almost 40 bucks for someone’s incompetence and they have no way to figure out an easy resolution for this other then screw the customer. I always hold myself accountable for my actions...

so the store was crowded you figure that's a good thing, they had a sale 2 pairs 49 bucks each, I only wanted 1 pair, I had assumed this was a discount outlet due to the fact it was a Levi's store, I failed to see any prices so I asked the Young lady how much one pair was. she says 80 bucks! so i said well for that i can get same pair for 55 off Amazon and I did. There is a reason brick and mortar stores are closing, they are ridiculous in their pricing, it's a nice store, but why would I spend more for something I can get for less...
