Convenience: Same as above, it's nice to have a place like this around your home, now it's kinda hard trying to get 'free' parking, for those interested, since shopping at Target for example involves you paying to even park in the first place. There might be a large amount of room for a good amount of cars, but some people just don't like paying for parking, though I can't speak for them. Narrow roads here and there can get congested, more so with the construction work in the area.
Price: As per usual, shopping here can depend on your budget, so don't worry about paying too much if you don't want to. There's a lot to look at, and many choices and brands everywhere, just look around.
Shop quality: This doesn't seem to be a problem, shops are pretty good quality, appearance-wise and experience-wise. Sometimes I do encounter the problem with the stores looking pretty dirty, for some reason or another, or when employees in general seem to be having a bad day.
