This is the best sunglasses shop I’ve ever visited. As soon as I got there, they offered to clean my current sunglasses. As they were cleaning them, several sales people discussed with me what I was wanting and they made the whole process of buying the right pair of sunglasses as easy as possible. I mentioned to them that I had a small head and that I had a hard time finding glasses that fit correctly. I also mentioned that I like bright lenses and I really wanted something different than what I already had. The salesperson I was talking to immediately grabbed a pair of glasses which fit perfect and which I ended up purchasing after looking over a few more. She knew exactly what I needed and she was dead on. I had recently been to four or five stores trying on all sorts of sunglasses with no luck. I visited the store looking for a pair of Costa sunglasses that are a limited edition. These glasses were no where to be found and Costa had removed them from their website. Rianna was in the store and was very helpful. She searched the Sunglass World stores and found one pair in Mobile, Alabama. She called the store and asked them to send them to the Destin Commons store. She told me it would be a few days and took my number. The following Wednesday I was near the store and stopped in and Lauren was also very helpful and pleasant. She tracked them and told me they would be there the next day and that she would text me. She texted me the next day and when I went to the store, she and Kerriann were working. Again, nothing but great customer service. I would be proud to have any of these ladies work for me.
