I'm just not a fan and visit this store only when I absolutely have to. The staff here is more interested in their tasks than helping customer and that's only if you have find them in the first place. I can't tell you how many times I went into this store with the intent to buy things and walked out because I could find anyone to help me. When I did find help it was evident they weren't knowledgeable about crafts or where things were located in their stores. Keep on keeping on this way Michaels, this is what drives more and more of us to shop on Amazon and go to your competition. One day you will be out of business and this is the reason why. Read moreI would give this place zero stars if possible. Continued having issues in the store every time we went, so eventually we called corporate. The following day, the store manager called and said this wasn't typical and invited us back in. We waited a few weeks and ended up needing something for a project, so we decided to give them one last try. We were even more disappointed than the times before. Horrible service. Called back into corporate to follow up and the store manager called again...this time speaking loudly and being very rude! He is absolutely ridiculous in the way he speaks to customers and the lack of respect or concern. We will go out of our way to avoid this place...
Read moreThey always have any art supply I'm looking for. The paint aisle is labeled well and it's easy to find what you need. They don't rearrange the store so once you know the layout, you'll never have to wonder where things are.
The small little objects for crafts are kinda expensive but they're well made. Love the bead section, wish they'd get more variety though. They have all types of strings as well, so you can make pretty much whatever you want.
The air-dry clay is a personal favorite; you can use them to make jewelry, enamel pins, cups, plates, figurines, etc. You can also use their clear coat to help seal the paint to bring the chipping...
