This store gave me the most horrific experience I have ever ever had in my 40 years of life in a souvenir shop!! First, they did not ring up all of my items at the advertised prices on signs in their store. Buy one get one free, two for prices were not honored at all. When I went back into the store to fix the buy one get one free items, I got a whole lot of grief but after 15 minutes, they refunded one of them on my credit card. They would not give me a copy of the refund receipt as she said she had to put it in her register. I go back outside and examine the receipt more closely since she made such a big deal about that, to find that there is an item wrong up on my receipt that I never even had at all and did not purchase! The manager was nasty to me and my children when we were in there earlier and even nastier when I went in to ask about the mistakenly wrong up item. She threatened to sue me for theft over $6.99 item that I never had. She took a photo of my driver's license and told me to keep my voice down as she had instructed all of her cashier's to ignore me and deal with other customers. I was not allowed at first, but then I needed someone to help me as they were completely ignoring me. Eventually Eventually, after much threatening from the manager about charging me with theft and finding me, she did refund for the item that she charged me for that I did not have, however she still would not allow me to have a copy of the refund receipt. The cashier counted the items in my bag and counted the items on the receipt a total of five times, and every time there was an extra item on the receipt but she could not understand how I was charged for an item that I did not have. Very very poor management of this store! I raided this store only one star because Google will not allow me to give it...
Read moreEagles Beachwear, and Pacific is all over South Carolina's Myrtle Beach Area. They both sell about the same stuff, so it is a matter of just finding the price range for anything. My parents and I stopped in here on Wednesday July 19th 2023, after driving around Myrtle beach. It is a very big store with clothing items for both men and women, beach chairs, sandtoys, and souveniers. My dad found a pair of sweatpants that matched exactly the shirt i brought from Pacific. My dad also tried on some bathing suits, as there were fitting rooms that were inside the store. After an associate unlocked the door, we tried our things on. My pants fit, and i wanted them. Also associate was very nice, and asked me if all fit and was good with the pants. I immediately told him that there were hangers in the fitting room, and he took them out. I used to work in a fitting room myself, so i understand, but always check! My mom also brought my dad shirts, and my pants. The cashier was very nice, and we paid with credit card, and went on...
