Pleased with our purchase and their follow-up.
We purchased a large item, 300+ pounds, which needed to be shipped from NYC to California. All the correspondence with the Gallery was particularly good and they kept us up to date on the status of the shipment.
When the item arrived, it was slightly damaged and needed a repair. The damage was not because of the shipping or with the way it was packaged. They built a crate to surround the item; it was padded and secured very well.
I contacted the Gallery, they apologized and asked if I would find someone local to me to do the repair. They explained they normally would take care of this but since we were on the other side of the country it would be best if I found someone local to me. I agreed because that made total sense.
I had the repair done, submitted receipts, and reimbursement was received the same day.
In the end we are incredibly pleased with our experience even though we hit a bump in the road. They...
