As many of us know too well, life is about transitions. We don't always have self awareness enough to understand "why" life takes us to all these different directions. Well, Kathine at ProMed was given my case/file and as soon as we got in contact with each other SHE IMMEDIATELY became my best friend (in my head). Her energy is so uplifting and no matter her personal circumstances, when not in the office, she always makes sure to stay in touch whether it's to inform you that she will return shortly or to reassure you and inform you that she hasn't forgotten about you with updates about your employment. It didn't just help me on a professional level, it helped me personally too because I was going through a tough personal time wondering what in the world was going. She was always ba beautiful voice to hear from!! I'm very humbled and grateful for her.

It must be challenging to assist an overwhelming number of people seeking employment in this climate. We are still trying to process a two year long worldwide pandemic and an inflation/recession time period that got the nation wondering if we're in a matrix because it all feels unreal!! Yet, Miss Gonzalez takes care of us all with a genuine heart!! She understands frustration and our desperate need to fend for our families, children, bills and unimaginable amount of series of emergencies all of us encounter each day!! She is fast!! She does all she can to provide fast results which helps all us cater to what I mentioned above!!

ProMed got a golden treasure with her for sure!!

I would recommend them to anyone I meet in a heartbeat!! I actually have already. I, myself, was recommended to them from a brother a my church!! He has been employed for a year through them as well!! Thank you guys so much!!

For anyone reading this, just like anything some people will be happy and some won't. It their experiences not yours. We all have different qualifications, certifications, degrees (if so) and that plays in employments as well. However, no matter your circumstances, there's always a spot available waiting to welcome you with ProMed. They will ask you if that's something you're willing to do if it doesn't fall into your previous work experiences. One thing for sure, they will offer you options!! It is up to you to accept or decline but they won't leave you dry and hanging, never. Most places offer a lot of overtime as well so you'll be able to care for yourself and your family!!

Co-operate with them, give them your desired job goals but also be opened to new experiences even if it's temporary until your dream job becomes available. They are amazing but KATHINE is AMAZING-EST :) !!! On behalf of my children and I...THANK YOU KATHINE!!

Unsatisfied and confused client

Let me start by saying that I came to this staging agency under the impression that they serviced all areas of employment. Initially, I was called to do a pre-screening with Jerell Olivares and a team member. The interview was smooth and explanatory. During the interview both parties were in agreement they may have several options for me with my background. I went on on two interview which were of no success but Jerrell was adamant something would turn up for me since I was very qualified. Alas, I did receive a “yes, we love her and would like her to start!” Jerell sent paperwork and asked prior for only my COVID-19 vaccinations card. I obliged without incident. After the offer was given on Friday, Jerrell called me on Monday to process the paperwork. I informed him I would be doing so immediately in the library. He then proceeded to ask me for my “booster shot” paperwork. Confused I asked him to elaborate. He blatantly said “I told you they required a booster shot verification” to which I answered, “I believe you may have confused me with another candidate as I would never agree to something I do not have.” Moreover, I did not want to compromise my body for a job. He became frustrated said, “I’ll call you back but I’m certain they need a booster shot.” When he did return the call he was snark, curt and stated they were going to “cut all ties with me and no longer represent me moving forward.”

A couple things about this encounter. All Jobs do not require a booster shot. I was puzzled by the adamant refusal to Work with me because I did not have one. The curt dismissal knowing I was looking for work was beyond rude. Lastly, it showed the agency did not care. It was the first job I declined. Compromising my body for employment was not an option. Not working with me beyond that made it quite clear their only intent was to land positions without client comfortability. I will not suggest this staffing agency....
