Place is a scam. Notable poor business practices: Fake reviews. Literally there is a post about no content reviews by James V and suddenly "only review" posts were filled with content almost overnight. Intentionally misleading advertisement. The free equipment which includes gloves is somehow "in no way related" to the $40 fee you pay upfront, whether you are joining or using any Groupon type special. Over priced equipment. Rip the label off most and you'll see it was purchased surplus from a failing "ilovekickboxing" location, and is priced higher than any other retailer or Amazon seller. Cancelation fee. There's a additional cancelation fee if you miss a class, regardless if you've paid per class, or on a plan. So out of pocket cost is (Price for class) + (cancellation) On-site bullying. Pretty minimal, but its there, if you go at certain times and are a noob, you'll find one or two thugs trying to push there weight around during group class (head coach sees this and visibly laughs). Favoritism. As a paying customer, you are not the same as everyone else. Coach teaches his star pupils during group class, so you will be ignored by him in their presence. Some other coaches will definitely play favorites by gender, and level of attractiveness. Kind of sad when a group class turns into a private session for the other person. Can't compete. The competition for any form of self defense out there is high, you have Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (no gi or traditional gi), 4 Boxing establishments either walking distance or 1-3 train stops away in any direction. That number goes up significantly if you drive or are willing to train in the city. Generally unhospitable environment. Look its simple, you stop by any of Supremes competitors, you feel like you're working with an established business. In here it feels like a hustle, only your the one getting con'ed. This place is accommodating until you exchange cash, and then your just another victim. I'm posting this bc times are getting tough, this place is harmful for anyone on any sort of budget. At least check out any other alternative before throwing your money away here, or check for yourself and fact check any point brought up above. If any of the mentioned practices ever change, good, than that means for once, this place is holding itself accountable and discontinued these...

This was my overrall experience here, I’ve been going here for 6-9 months, at first going to this gym I was a. beginner, and throughout my time here I did improve, Huge Warning DO NOT come to this gym if you thinking your end up with a good ameutar career, there are two main coaches Nelson and Michelle, the other coaches don’t come here anymore there is one who comes but not often which I think he is a great coach. They Have staff that open the gym around 3:30 which there is no real coach with boxing experience ,just more of a open gym, Nelson is the only coach in the gym who I’m aware has any boxing fights of . Michelle is a coach there but more of a beginner coach, I’ve been going in there 6-8 months consistently and I just enter in the gym and do my own workout, even when I was in class Coach Nelson would be in and out, coach Nelson lacks of experience shows due to the same drills and lack of attention coach Nelson shows to his fighters. this gym is good if your looking for a small hobby or a place to burn out steam, but if your looking for serious boxing and somewhere you are going to level up your boxing skills, do not come here, there are much better gyms, there’s a lot of fake reviews, this gym is very mediocre, because coach Nelson is mainly focused on making money and on the business size more instead of improving his fighters, The gym equipment is very old, Coach Nelson does have alot of connections though, though he isn’t experience what so ever, Unmess coach Nelson and Michelle find real good coaches to train these kids who want to become fighters in the gym, I DONNT see this gym staying...

Only go here for the first 3 months just to get your feet wet but I promise you, if you’re a person that works and get a paycheck. This gym will irritate you and the head coach will ACT like it’s ALL GOOD and I have PROOF to back up my claims and yes yes the over priced gym equipments and certain gym equipments are ONLY for his FAVORITES is crazy to me and one last thing it shouldn’t be the gym members problem if another coach “cat” passes away. Hey I like cats too but cmon now the gym should be closed for two days for that and what gym coach closes the gym down for hours or days because of a “CAT” dying.
