This is a great store with a good variety of items. They have a great selection of imported and artisanal cheeses but they are a bit pricey. Look for the specials and you can usually find a good deal. The hot foods are fabulous. This is a great place to find a hot meal that you could take home. The selection and Variety in this store is really good but they do not have weekly ads so forget about it shopping on a weekly basis to pick up the sales and specials. You have to hunt for the sales they don't advertise. The store is always clean they are always stocking and there's always somebody on the floor to give you some help if you need it. West Side Market was always great store but they always had higher than average prices. However post covid, their prices have skyrocketed and I noticed that they are not as busy as they used to be. They still have the same great variety, but like everywhere else prices are higher and it must be affecting their business. I would guess to say they increase their prices of minimum of 30% after covid and some things even doubled. Before covid there were always long lines but the past few times I've been in there hasn't been any lines at all. I will say if you are single and do not cook this is a great place to buy prepared foods and meals to get you through the week.
