My friend and I were in here just looking around at the display statues as we have many times before and pointing out the characters (not touching bc the statues are very expensive), the store girl (in a purple skirt so short I could see her butt cheeks) said “please don’t get so close to the statues they’re very fragile” (in not very nice tone) we said okay and walked away from them. She very clearly walked up to her coworker and started talking badly about us, I know this because when we left, her coworker said “have a great day” (again with a tone) to which I replied “thank you you too” and they replied “oh we will”…. Like ok I understand about the statues but that should have been it, don’t continue to be unpleasant, when we were being nothing but compliant normal customers. Being in customer service myself I know how annoying it is to tell people the same thing everyday, all day, but when they listen and move on I definitely do not continue with an already...

I went in expecting to be buying the actual figure at a discounted price but instead I was sold a knockoff. The figure had been set out with all of the other actual figures as well as having nothing saying they were not the real ones. The only difference being the price between buying online and in person. Attached are two photos. I photo will what I expected to be buying and another was what I was given. The printing was poor, as well as the painting of many of the pieces, multiple either were not painted or were missing colors. I was only able to tell I had been scammed by the way that the figures shoes and clothes were not correctly made.on one of the 2 figures the pants color had been completely changed to a different one. I am extremely disappointed and do expect a full refund. On top of that, one of the figures was missing a piece and came broken. The staff were decent and they had an ok selection of other things but I WOULD NOT TRUST THEM if you wanted quality...

I'm a HUGE fan of The Game Room and been visiting every location when I can. When it comes to this location, I love the product they have in stock and that meets my every need. So much anime product like figures, posters, wallscrolls, apparel. Upon coming in, you get to see massive statues!! From where I moved from, I never seen so many in one place. The coolest thing I'm considering is their layaway for those big figures, there are several I've been eyeing. I love that you can actually play the retro games there.. Seeing the PS2 there really brings it back for me! Also omg they have k-pop merch. And Gashapon?! The tokens are reasonably priced compared to places I've been to in the past that charge $7 for each! Seems like everytime I've visited, they rotate the prizes. The staff here is so sweet! They always help me when I need it and it's always a good time here.
