Nike Factory Store - Charleston — Attraction in North Charleston

Nike ✔ Just Do What Consumer survey I have been wearing this brand all of my life and Nike Was synonymous with perfect wardrobe style. Unfortunately, this location fails to meet my high expectations of loyal patronage, in my head. After driving over an hour in the pouring rain, I attempted to shop Sunday incorrectly assuming they closed at 9pm. The door was literally laughingly closed in my face near ten til 7. I called and asked for a hold and was told "We can't hold items for yoU!" I returned the next day only because a Nike hoodie was a specifically request gift exchange item. Despite spending nearly half an hour inside, I only located a sales associate when I was ready to leave. Entire experience reminds a country person to find well priced clothes and shoes at most other Nike...

This Nike Outlet is really tiny compared to the others I've visited in the past. The selection of shoes here is not as large so the deals you find here are very limited. The aisles here are also very tiny and cramped, just barely large enough to fit one person walking down the aisle at a time.

The hash walls were also very small and limited in selection of shoes.

The customer service was okay, not too bad. The employees just never seem very enthusiastic at Nike Factory Stores.

A sneakerhead like myself, looking for a "haul", would find this place a waste of time, but if you just need a good pair shoes at a discount, then it's a good place to find...

Makayla & Sharon were awesome in helping me check out. They worked with me on how to pull up my 15% member discount & not once caught an attitude or get annoyed. They enjoy doing what they do. I wanted to give them praises for being awesome checkout service members. Also I had a gentlemen in the back that helped me with all my queries and concerns with the shoes I picked up. He also handed me a bag to carry my boxes in as he saw I was struggling. All 3 service members were awesome and I totally appreciate their time and effort to ensure that I had a pleasant in store experience. I will return due to their kindness.
