I brought my engagement ring and my wedding band in to get dipped (they are white gold) and Val was great, handled everything really well and was super friendly. Well fast forward to today when my husband picked up my rings while I was at work and when I got home I saw 3 of the stones on my wedding band looked cloudy and one of the stones looked like it had been scratched. I called immediately and whomever I spoke to on the phone was really rude, telling me really exasperatedly to “just bring them in” and obviously didn’t care that I was having an issue with my rings after they had been dipped.
So I drove back to the store with my ring and another lady confirmed she did see the cloudiness, however, she then said “the only thing that could scratch the stone is another diamond, equipment can’t do that.” Like okay fair but she didn’t need to be condescending about my concern, when something clearly did damage my ring. It’s my wedding band and I sent it off expecting it to come back in good shape. She took it back to clean and scrub it. I left the store and came back, and I’m pretty sure the lady I spoke to on the phone brought my ring back out and told me they both looked at it and it didn’t have anything wrong with it as I was checking it for myself, because clearly they missed it when it came back from repair. She then said that if I was really that concerned she would just send it back out, really dismissively.
For the record one of my stones still looks cloudy and I just didn’t feel comfortable sending it out for it to come back damaged even further.
Really the only saving grace for this rating was Val, otherwise, it would have been a 1 star rating. I will never shop at this...

I have had the ring inspected as required for each year that I have owned it and have a record of it on the warranty information that they gave me along with my receipts from the purchase. They tired to tell me it had been 11 years and that it expired . Basically I said" well I haven't.. I am still very much alive and it says lifetime replacement "( I had lost a diamond out of the setting about 2 months ago ). The young man that was attempting to help said "well that is fortunate" I asked him to read my paperwork and then explain the situation to me again. He read it and with his expression I could tell he hadn't seen this before( considering he was probably in grade school at the time) did and said " well we no longer have that policy. Needless to say that was the wrong answer . He said let me let you speak to Mr. ----- I said " I think that would be great and in your best interest". Mr.---- Said I would need to pay for the replacement of the prong" I said "No problem" The young man proceeded to stare me down like he had something else he would like to say. I asked for his name and with his cocky immature attitude said here is my card you will find my name on it . I said That is excellent thank you. He continued to stare me down while commenting as though I was not standing there that Mr. --- should make sure to make copies of all of my paperwork. I said I think that is a great idea Mr----. The main thing was to for it to be unique from the others and represent her. I met Kent and he worked with me through every stage of the process giving me tips on on designs, cost guides, ideas, and even personal advice. I have also went with the wedding band to go with the ring. I will absolutely recommend going to them. All of their staff was helpful. There was another young lady that assisted in providing a female pov on designs and she was great help with the early stages.
