Bun World — Restaurant in Ontario

The food was good, but you can get good food anywhere. We were sat down with hardly a word spoken. Ordered with the QR code on the table and didn’t have a server come back to us for 50 minutes with one part of our food. 20 minutes later, another part of our food comes out. An hour later we ask where our food is and all of a sudden one more part is ready. 30 minutes after that have to loudly wave someone down and ask where the final part of our food is. All of a sudden it’s ready again.

Look, I understand you can be busy, but over 2 hours for one order of dumplings, 1 order of 2 buns, 2 kids chicken sandwiches and a single order of fried rice is absolutely insane.

The only thing we got was a “sorry for the slow service.” I don’t want any free things or handouts, I just want decent service. 2 hours! And it came out at 4 different times! That’s insane! And only a “sorry” at the end. If you told me ahead of time I would have been fine or I...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bun World, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The service was excellent, with our server being not only friendly but absolutely adorable, making us feel welcome and cared for throughout our visit.

Now, let’s talk about the food – it was a solid 10/10! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented, making every bite a delight. It’s clear that the chefs take great pride in their creations.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is equally impressive; it’s clean, cute, and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal. Overall, the food truly was the highlight of my experience, and I can’t wait to return to Bun World for another delicious meal....

I'm a nerd so I'm a sucker for Pikachu things. I ordered the Pikachu Chicken sandwich while the person I came with ordered the Chinese hamburger. We wanted to get the kitty buns but they were sold out so we got the pig buns instead. The Pikachu was really cute but was likely meant for children because it is topped with lettuce tomato ketchup and mayonnaise and is served alongside a small side of fries and some ketchup. The Chinese hamburger was delicious it was filled with like egg roll like filling but as a sandwich and was very flavorful.
