I visited this location the morning of 3/1. We placed a to ho order. Waitress acted as if she confirmed everything was in the bag and told us they couldn’t give us condiments because they were low on supply. She also failed to give me a receipt for my purchase. . I get home only to realize that my order was incorrect. Hashbrowns were super soggy and missing pinion and jalapeño, tray filled with water , chicken was missing from order as well. I called this location to let them know of the inaccuracy only to be belittled and disrespected. I stated that I wanted a refund and was told that they DO NOT DO REFUNDS. The lady that answered lacked customer service skills and failed to take accountability and apologies for a mistake that they had clearly made. I requested to speak to the older white lady that assisted me. The lady gets on the phone and was rude as well.. again not taking accountability nor did she care to apologize. They both acted as if I was a hinderance. I asked the lady for her name so that I could follow up with the manager in the morning and she placed the phone on the counter without excusing herself. After being on hold a few minutes I drove back to the restaurant where Leon assisted me (line cook) . The waitress that too my order saw me and went to the back of the restaurant. At this point I’m highly disappointed at the lack of customer service and the utter disrespect and disregard I’ve recvd by the two women. I asked for a refund and stated I returned their food and again was told they don’t do refunds and that I needed to contact the manager in the morning. The lady that initially answered the phone (short and fat) walked to the counter raising her voice and had her fingers pointed to my face. She called the police and lied accusing me of threatening her. All the patrons were witnesses and confirmed that I never at any point threatened anyone and that I was just asking for my refund. I’ve called this establishment several times this morning and have yet to be able to reach out to management. Read moreWe go here a lot we live local and it's always great the service and server's do their jobs well. This time we went in for an early breakfast at 5 a.m. we walked in and most of the employees were sitting at tables doing nothing no good morning not a word. We sat down and the server comes to take our order we ordered a simple 2 egg breakfast and it took longer than usual even though there weren't really anyone in the place finally the food comes and one isn't even what we ordered which is hard to do seeing we were the only ones that ordered because the other people were already there so instead of making a new plate the waitress just pushed the hash browns off into the trash and slammed my plate down in front of me and walks away to come back 5 mins later with new ones by this time my eggs and toast are cold and when we told her that we come here alot she says well I never saw u before and asked when do we come, then goes on to say oh I think I have seen you. What is it either you have or haven't but anyways, so we start to eat and the foods nasty so we tell the waitress and she tells us there's no manager there and walks away. So I expressed that we happy with the food thinking she would make it right but does nothing. So now I'm paying for a meal that wasn't good and the only thing u can say there's no manager there it's crazy and goes on to tell us the manager comes in at 6 30 a.m. and to talk to them then. So I should pay for something that wasn't the way it should be and then waste my time to go back and talk to the manager instead of her just voiding it out and be done with it. It's crazy to think that these people work there and don't really care about theirs jobs. Read moreWe went to this location today. We were third on the waitlist. The couple before us and we were sat at the same time. The couple who was sat at the same time had their breakfast before our drink order was even taken. The family sat after us had their food when we got our drinks. It was explained to us that the waitress wasn’t aware that we were her table, okay, that happens but after she took our drink order she disappeared. When we asked her about our food order after an hour she said “they haven’t let me call it yet”, what? Another staff member Sway, noticed that we still didn’t have drinks and went and got them for us. I will say this, if it wasn’t for Sway, this would be a one star rating. Sway was paying attention to us and trying to make sure that we were taken care of, and she’s new to Waffle House and we weren’t her table. She moved us to Star’s section. Star was exceptional, but Sway really made sure we were taken care of. These two ladies understand hospitality (both my husband and I work in the customer service Industry) and neither of them made excuses, but they definitely did exactly what they should do in this situation and made it right.
