Victoria's Secret Outlet — Attraction in Orlando

Update2/13/21 Bra prices have gone up. $19.99 for pink and $24.99 VS. There is hardly any clothing. Lingerie was the same from 6 months ago. Pink had thin tank tops. A third of the new store is body products (sprays & lotions). This will no longer be a "must go" store for me. I liked the bright and airy look versus the darker inside.

Update 9/4/20

Update on remodel. When I arrived at the "inside" outlet mall entrance there were signs saying to use the outside "parking lot" entrance. I walked around and there was no one in line. I waited less than 5 minutes to be let in. I was directed to hand sanitizer and to get my paper shopping bag.

A sales associate told me that now they are remodeling the other side. I looked down at the floor and there is a new, beautiful marble floor. Dressing rooms are still closed, but looks like they are being remodeled as well.

Good news! The construction will be complete by December!

I found the staff to be very helpful and caring.

This shopping experience was better than a month ago. There was much more PINK clothing on sale for 9.99 and the heavier jackets and sweatshirts for 19.99. Panties were 2.99, Bras 19.99. Lounge and Lingerie was 14.99, make-up and tote bags 5.99-9.99.

Tip. There is a 2.99 sale rack going toward the fragrance section. As soon as it was restocked, shoppers were all over it.

Original post: I have been shopping at the VS outlet for at least 5 years. This was my first visit since they reopened from Covid19 and the remodel. Here are the updates:

Contrary to mentioned in another review, this is still an outlet with lower prices. Bras have gone up from 16.99 to 19.99. There were not as many panties compared to the large table tops they used to have. The smaller selection of panties were 2.99. All body sprays and lotions are 4.99. Lingerie was 14.99. Beach bags are still 9.99. Make up cases 9.99, and smaller pouches only 2.99. Lipgloss 2.99.

Fitting rooms are closed. 60 people allowed inside. Masks are mandatory as with all the stores. I wore mine the entire time, even outside.

When you walk in there will be the shopping bags for you to gather your items, not the large, black, mesh bags. The sales clerk will ring up your items and place them back into the same bag you gave them and staple your receipt for proof of purchase as you exit.

VS is one of the only stores that has someone assigned specifically to wipping down the countertop, and card swipper between each customer.

Currently, there are only a few PINK items (leggings). I have noticed for the last year that PINK has gone down in terms of the amount of items there.

The store is a bit smaller than it was before the renovation. Arrived at 10:50 a.m. and there was a line of about 30 people. I left about 11:30 and about 10 people...

Employee stole my phone, and they were so disrespectful to me bc i asked if he could took a look around. they rushed me out of the store at 11, after not allowing me to try anything on but pressuring me to buy everything knowing it final sale. terrible. took their sweet time trying to open an acct for the credit cards. When i get in my car after being rushed out, my bluetooth wouldn't connect. and when it's dead, it just says failed, but this was LOOKING for my phone. so i went and knocked, and they all gave me dirty looks and snickers, the manager GABRIEL open the door rudely, and i asked if he could take a look. didn't think it would be stolen bc i remember holding my phone at the register. he was rude, and said "it's late blah blah blah" and i said "please, it's late, i'm here alone, i have no other electronic devices, i just wanna go home to tampa, please" and he was sooooooo rude. he asked what phone was it, and i said it was an iphone 6 plus with no case. he has an iphone as well, after leaving me in the cold rain for 30 mins, he came back and said it wasn't there. i said "can we do find my iphone? can i take a look with you? i wont touch anything? can you at least check security cameras for me?" him responses was "nope nope nope nope nope nope" finally i said "can you call it to see if it rings at least" and he took my phone number, wouldn't let me hear the first ring to confirm it was on or not. came back again after 30 mins, and goes "oh here's an ipad to check where it is" and it said offline. anyone who does not live under a rock knows that an iphone can't be traced if its off. he knew i had an iphone the whole time, and he has one too, and when i was on find my iphone, his other devices were linked so he is not stupid. he let one employee that was very rude to me and kept giving me dirty looks go first when i first asked about my phone.......... she was the only one to leave out of 15-20 employees they have? he even told security to go home? instead of helping? the security gave me dirty looks too. the whole situation was bad. asked to call the cops to file report just in case and asked him to get to I4 since he said "cops can't help you, no cameras, not allowed in, nothing" and i said "call them right now" like that was the most disgusting human being i have ever encountered. it was evil and inhumane to know that i am helpless without my phone, and still do that. watching me cry and go through my car in the rain and just laughing at me. i used to work retail and this happened before. we asked all employees and take a look around, we let the customer search through the store with a manager watching to just assure the customer it was not there at least, the manager CHECKED EVERYONE'S bags. he did not check the first girl who left bags. and when the cops arrived, he said he does not have access to it, have to come back tomorrow. i hate this place, i wish people were not so...

went shopping yesterday, there were 9.99 bins of bras I found one too big so i searched for my bin size and found it! That was exciting because this store is a mess so its hard to find things, i proceed to checkout, get to the register and the bra rang up to 16.99, I pointed over the the bins, (which we were located very close to) she could see multiple bras of various sizes in all the bins, she pushes a botton on her headset to call a manager over. A instantly snotty & rude woman walked up dressed in regular street clothes walks up, snatches the bra and say No, no NO! THESE ARE 16.99! BOTTOM LINE leaves with bra, im standing there, just shocked at her response, I watched her storm away with my bra screaming to the girls they put the bras in the wrong spot GET THE OUT! I tell the lady at the register (who is now embarrassed and super apologetic) it's fine no worries, just continue to ring the rest of my items . She does, then here comes the lady with the bra, she comes to the register and ignorantly states 16.99! you want it or not? turns to the cash register lady and said ANGEL said its 16.99! Flat! This woman was making a scene over a bra the THEY placed multiples in the wrong box, and I had to go through THIS?
