MANGELSEN—Images of Nature Gallery — Attraction in Park City

The image is gorgeous but the customer service is pathetic. We paid thousands of dollars for an image, first it seemed to be a burden to have them deliver the floor sample to our house so we got a brand " new" one delivered straight to our home. We got zero update as to how the progress was coming along during the month or so of creation. Then we finally got the good news it was ready. Little did we know it would come nailed into a coffin type of wood box with 200 screws, tight shut. I also asked about what type of lighting i should have to put over my art to be able to appreciate it better at night, they were clueless!!! thankfully we bought art also in another gallery on main street that does have outstanding customer service. They recommended us a lamp AND THEY TOOK OUT OF THE BOX the art that was sold by their competitor AND THEY INSTALLED IT FOR US!!!! They could not believe we had spend this much $$$ and had been left to ourselves. I am sorry to say that i can not recommend them for big pieces you don't pay thousands of $$$ to...
