Utah Ski & Golf — Attraction in Park City

So lets start of with our experience.. we get there to rent a basic ski package, they got the ski then gave us some nice boots that fit well. we get to check out then they realize that the boot were for the "advance" package and continue to bring out the crappy boots. anyway... the 26.5 were too big, anyone in the right mind wouldn't bring out boots 2 sizes smaller (24.5) and insist that they should fit, in which me skiing 20+ years plus knows thats stupid. and my girlfriend who was the beginner, was being very kind and was treated in a very rude way which was unacceptable . . both the lady's had the worst attitudes i have seen in a long time. THey should work the taco assembly line at taco bell, and i dont even think they'd be good at that! the sad thing is we have been going to this place for 10+ years and they know us.. but honestly i will not be going back EVER! (because this was not the first time) To end it as we were walking out i said that breeze told us they would rent us good ski and boots for $20 (including the 20% local discount), (they wanted $25 for the nicer boots and skis) and of couse they said a little snippy remark about how they aren't good and would not give you that price.. They are the BEST! Conveniently located in the lobby of the Shadow Ridge Resort and Hotel Conference Center... they know just how to match the skier/boarder with their ability and desire. We have been renting/buying from them for over 10 years! They are professional, caring and REALLY know thier stuff! Last year Tracey picked out a helmet with blue tooth Speakers that I love and Nick promised me I would love my new poles which I do! Great experience. Was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. Good selection both for advanced as well as beginners. I rented a pair of demos but brought my own boots, they quickly adjusted bindings with no problem. Staff was knowledgeable and put the beginner in my group with the right length of ski. Both skis and boots very high quality and well maintained. The staff was very flexible and friendly.
