Starbucks Coffee and shop has always been a great experience for me and my husband. There service and coffee has always been awesome from east to west. Its very true they roast high-quality whole bean coffees. That’s the essence of what they do , the Aroma of fresh brewing coffee makes you go mad!

Starbucks serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, instant coffee, espresso, caffe latte, full- and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products, Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers,some offerings are Seasonal like the Pumpkin Spice Latte are seasonal or specific to the locality of the store. Stores also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, and drinkware including mugs and tumblers, select "Starbucks Evenings" locations offer beer, wine, and appetizers. Starbucks-brand coffee, ice cream, and bottled cold coffee drinks are also sold at grocery stores.

They are passionate purveyors of coffee and give full and rewarding coffeehouse experience, the music you hear in store is chosen for its artistry and appeal.

People come to Starbucks to chat, meet up or even work as Wifi is free and Yeah the refill is free too.

I am at Starbucks and placed an order. After waiting a while. They call my name and said they are out of the muffin I wanted. That’s fine. He was very apologetic and nice about it. Then, later I asked one of the barista for water and she requested me to stand in line again to ask for water. The cashier had to perform some tea mixing. Again, I still had no issues. I understood that he was doing his best and he seemed to be new at his job. Again, I love it and I am more patient with new Baristas and all. So, I wait and wait and wait. Wondering where is my Venti water that I requested. A costumer behind received her order and left and I was still waiting for my water. Even the 9 year old child made a comment about why it is taking so long. So I approach 2 baristas talking among each other. I asked about my water. Both looked at me and like what??? I find a grande water with a name half spelled and asked if this was mine. They both said yes. My response was but I asked for venti water. Again, annoying body language and bothered by my request. Still no apology were said. Finally, I said never mind. And took it and sat down. They were not busy at the time I was there either. Very sad! Truly people like this one particular lady ruins the experience of great food and good memories. I gave 2 stars because of the barista was handling...

Came in this morning and ordered and grande iced drink with soy milk. They called my name and tried handing me a hot drink and I said that’s not what I ordered. The older rude white lady got mad and said I didn’t tell her iced... 🙃 after throwing a little tantrum she remade my drink, a size smaller than what I ordered and with milk instead of soy and then wanted to argue about what size the iced drinks came in... worst service I’ve ever received anywhere in Park City. I threw my drink away on my way out and went somewhere else. Absolutely unprofessional and just ridiculous behavior especially for it being 5:30 in the morning, no one wants to deal with bs at that hour. Definitely will not...
