We’ve done these types of things before and the points cards usually go so fast. So we committed to the 250 point card for our family of 5. We struggled to use it towards the end. Frivolously spending. The tracks are fun but two runs each and my kids were satisfied and done. The ones the kids drive were boring for them and they weren’t tall enough as drivers for the adult tracks (age 4,6,8) The kid center with rides and arcade games was a bust. 5 points to ride a lame train track. Essentially 5 dollars a ride and they were less than amusing. Arcade was small and filled with too many claw machines and not enough games. I have regrets getting spendy for this excursion and wish we’d picked something else. The attendants get swipe happy with the cards as well. In the arcade you can swipe your card and see your transactions and I saw that one ride my kids did it was swiped five times and I only have 3 kids. So that was an extra 10 points that was just gone. Points convert to dollars, $10 wasted. That was annoying. I caught it once at one of the go cart tracks and the window lady was nice enough to add them back in for us. But not something you should have to worry about when going from activity to activity. This place is just not worth its money for my kids ages. I’d recommend 3 and under or over 10. If you have kids in between those ages I’d pick...
Read moreOur daughter and her cousins are pre-school aged and love amusement rides. We couldn’t decide if we should try Dollywood this year or save some money and wait till they’re older. I am SO glad we found The Track Kids Country and went there instead! If you have a child 5 and under, this section of “The Track” was absolutely perfect!! It is located within the park, but separate from the bigger rides and attractions, so it is much less crowded. There are roughly 7-10 rides in this area completely dedicated to little kids! Our group had a 2 year old, 3 year old, and 4 year old and they all had an absolute blast! There was no waiting in lines and they had attendants floating throughout the area that were quick to hop into place whenever a child wanted to go on a ride that no one was on. It even had its own mini-arcade where kids could still earn tickets for prizes to redeem at the main arcade. Each ride is 5 points and we purchased the 60 pt card for $55 and it was more than enough for our daughter to enjoy all the rides and arcade games she wanted. We try to stay away from the main strip of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg as much as possible when we visit the smokies, but venture in once or twice while we’re there to do something touristy for the kids. We will definitely come here again next time we’re in town when we need an...
Read moreI was really pleased by our visit today. First off, I have to say that the entire staff on duty made the whole experience great for us. They were SO nice to our daughter and all of the other kids I saw them have interaction with as well. Also very easy to make conversation with. They all seemed like they enjoyed being at work and they did their job professionally and efficiently, also with a nice attitude and a smile on their faces. That’s hard to find nowadays! The place itself is honestly well worth it to me. The prices are not bad at all and there’s so much to do there for littles. The kids country area with all of the rides is great. I told my husband that I’m shocked that they actually let the kids ride each ride for such a lengthy period of time (I’m not complaining!). My daughter was on the carousel for a total of 5 minutes. The swings for 6 minutes. Train for 5. Airplanes for 4 minutes. Parents- if you know, you know! The kids LOVE riding rides and they don’t ever seem to last long at all. Just a minute or maybe two and then it’s done. Not here though! These guys make sure you get your moneys worth! We did the “family track” when it came to the go carts and they were shockingly fast. Again, no complaints here! Will...
