I have worked closely with several members of the Artful Eye staff through the processes of designing and creating several rings. It was very encouraging that every single person on the staff treats me with the same top-notch respect, joy, and patience. I have had nothing but smooth, cordial experiences with the Artful Eye.

The staff knows me by name, and they pleasantly greet me with a friendly “Hi, How’s your day going?” when I enter the store. Each experience has been filled with many great qualities. The employees always ask what I would like and never force me into something I don’t. They present several options for stone size, clarity, color, price, etc., and they are always willing to suggest other possible alternatives. I very much appreciate their expertise and honestly. When the CADD drawings are complete, changes are always possible, and it’s very clear that the Artful Eye wants the final product to be exactly what I have imagined. When I received the final product, it was beautiful. I proposed on a roller coaster, and we are very happy.

Even after the design and payment process is complete, the amazing customer service doesn’t stop there. Throughout the entire production process, staff is always available to answer questions and update me on the status. My phone calls are always answered immediately, and my emails are returned promptly.

I recall one experience I had that my wedding ring did not fit properly. Even though it was previously engraved, my finger was resized, and the Artful Eye owner, Sherrie Rabellino, reordered a new engraved ring for me as promised. She wouldn’t be satisfied until I was. My fiancé totally designed my gorgeous, one-of-a-kind (literally) engagement ring with the help of the lovely staff at Artful Eye. It’s absolutely stunning and unlike anything I’ve ever (or anyone else for that matter) seen. He proposed to me while we were going up a roller coaster … seriously. He told me that life is like a roller coaster and that he wants to ride it with his best friend forever … then he asked me to marry him!!! I said “yes!!!” of course and as we went down the long drop of the coaster, we smiled and I flashed my huge rock (shout out, Artful Eye!!!) for our first official engagement photo! I get compliments on my ring all the time … at how sparkly it is, how unique, and how stunning … and I love every second of it ;) I live in California and my fiancé lives in Arizona. So when I went to visit, we stopped by the shop to have my ring re-sized (he didn’t listen to the staff and got a bigger size … in this case, the customer is not always right haha). Each staff member came over to personally congratulate us and to hear “our story” … they were all so friendly (like genuinely sincere in their approach) and so welcoming and so professional. Our experience with Artful Eye was flawless (like their diamonds) and I look forward to a continued relationship with them. And they even had a bowl of Hersey’s Kisses out on the counter … now that’s just the icing...

There should be a 6th Star out of 5 for those very special vendors. Artful Eye went above and beyond recently. It was our 20th wedding anniversary coming up in a week. I, being the dumb person I am, waited to purchase a gift until the last minute. So, when I went into Artful Eye, I already expected the job to be late (May 31st). My wife’s wedding ring had the center stone fall out and we needed it replaced. The next week I got a call saying they could have it ready THAT DAY (our anniversary day)! Kevin and Cheryl made it happen. They pulled some strings and got my ring within a few hours. I was ecstatic! I was also VERY pleased with the amount of the purchase. I thought it was going to be double the amount they asked for . . . but it was ½. This made my day. Actually, it made my year. I was so happy that I could have the gift in time that I walked out of the Artful Eye with a spring in my step, a huge warm feeling in my heart and a huge smile on my face.
