Read a negative Yelp review! I had this place when he was located in Prescott pre pandemic and it was delicious.

I do believe that they read their reviews and adjust accordingly. We were greeted immediately and seated shortly after and the host offered water and told us who would be our server. Within a few minutes the server showed up, ask if we wanted anything more than water and we ordered garlic knots and our entree. Our appetizer was a disappointment, they tasted reheated and cold again, but the marinara was nice and hot. I was nervous about our pizza. About 15 minutes later and a water refill later our pizza made up for the cold knots, delicious and piping hot!

I didn’t say anything to the server or manager, I’m not I. The game to get free or comped food. Because I saw a shift in behavior based on the Yelp review, I earnestly believe that it’s a small improvement the right people will see and again tweak accordingly.

It was an all around...

Went in today and ordered. When I looked at the receipt, all of the prices were 20-40%higher than what was on the board (the price of by the slice pizza that was written on the dry erase board was also higher). I asked the woman who took our order and she said they have a new board ordered and have raised the prices. That was not mentioned to us when taking out order and it wasn't added to the board temporarily, even though they had painter's tape all over it cover items they no longer offered. We had been overcharged more than $8 for 2 people. Fine, I moved on. It wasn't worth the argument at the moment. It was hot in there and I was hungry. We got our food and it wasn't worth the original price. My pizza was undercooked, the sauce had been watered down (like the soap in the bathroom), and just kind of flavorless. The fried zucchini was hot, but soggy. I had seen this place for years and had always meant to go in, we finally do, and it couldn't be more...

I had the misfortune of visiting The Grumpy Sicilian two weeks ago on a Saturday night, and it was hands-down the worst customer service experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed completely uninterested in serving me. When I placed my order, the person taking it seemed annoyed and put off. I asked for a simple modification to my pizza, and they acted like I was asking for the impossible. When my food was ready, I was shocked to find that my order was incorrect. I politely brought it to their attention, and instead of apologizing and fixing the issue, the staff became defensive and argumentative.

The pizza itself was mediocre at best, but the appalling customer service made the entire experience unbearable. Zero stars isn't even enough to convey my disappointment and frustration. Would...

We were walking around Prescott and decided to stop in for a slice of pizza. The place was small and had a warm vibe inside. There was a short line ahead of us (about six people), but it moved quickly. They have a great variety of pizza by the slice—which I love, since a lot of places only offer a couple of options. The pizza itself was AMAZING, especially for the price. What really stood out, though, was the service. There were only two guys running the whole place—taking orders, heating slices, keeping things moving—and they did an incredible job. The line moved fast, the pizza came out great, and both of them stayed positive and friendly the entire time. Huge credit to them for handling everything so well. (I don’t get their names, but it was at 2:30PM on 8/31). I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Prescott!

We got food here to bring back to the room after drinking a little too much and it was recommended by a local. Everything is pretty big here and we definitely over ordered! What we ate was yummy and hit the spot for a late night place. It is in between bars so very conveniently located. They re-heat the food when you order and it only takes a few minutes and your out of there! I believe they have beer for those who want one when waiting or wanting to dine in.
