We were surprised by this darling, tucked away little nature spot! We pulled up and were underwhelmed at first, but when we followed the path, we found delightful surprises that just kept coming! And we found it was way cooler than we were expecting! A fun and fascinating little hike that we enjoyed very much this morning. I highly recommend coming in the morning, there are adorable benches that overlook the pond and sunrise!

There is a picnic area (no restroom), pond with ducks (bring bread!), and the beginning of a trail that takes you to the top of the red rock cliff and accesses Owns Loop (school age children can hike it easily). You can hear Red Hills parkway traffic a little bit but overall it is a very relaxing park to get away.
On a side note, try not to feed the Ducks bread, it is actually really bad for them, but...
