My Favorite Restaurant for 35+ Years I love the food and the wait staff. The service is fantastic.đđź But a few recent changes concern me. đ
Why plastic utensils all of a sudden?đ´I understand itâs convenient to cut down on dishwashing, but does it really require that much more time or energy or manpowerđŞđź to clean the utensils? This is something I would naturally expect at a counter-service, fast food establishment, but not at a nicer place⨠like The Pizza Factory. Additionally, itâs got to be quite a bit more expensiveđ¸ to be constantly replacing the plastic utensils. Not to mention itâs near impossible to cut a calzone with a plastic fork and knife. đ
Notwithstanding the added expense of disposable utensils, Iâve noticed efforts that are likely aimed at reducing expenses. I utilize the drive-through frequently, and each time, I have to specifically request a bag and napkins. They are not automatically given. When I have several food items, including side orders of dressing or sauce, it is extremely awkward to attempt to transport those things home without spilling when they arenât bagged. đŹ
Finally, why is there only one size of to-go drink?đĽ¤If itâs a cost issue, couldnât you ask the customers to pay perhaps $.25 or $.50 more if they wanted the larger cup to take a drink home with them?
Again - I loveđ The Pizza Factory! These concerns wonât stop me from patronizing the restaurant, but I do feel frustration each time I visit these days. Please consider making a change...

Our visit to the Pizza Factory in St. George was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and clearly cared about providing top-notch service. What truly stood out, though, was the kindness of the ownerâgenuinely one of the most warm and welcoming people weâve ever encountered.
The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with quality ingredients. You can really tell they take pride in what they serve. And if you go, you have to try the cinnamon bread twists with the dipping sauceâtheyâre out of this world. Easily a must-get item! And the food is very affordable!
My family and I were beyond pleased with the entire experienceâfrom the service, to the atmosphere, to the delicious food. We 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in St. George. Itâs rare to find a spot that delivers so consistently in every area. Weâll definitely be coming back next time weâre in town. Huge thanks to the whole team for making our visit so memorable!...
Read moreWe came out from Las Vegas to eat dinner here. Our first visit here was awesome. The pizza is one of the best we've had. This time around our server Aleah forgot to order our garlic cheese bread for our son. My wife's veggie pizza was cooked and then had raw tomato slices put on afterward. When asked if we can get the garlic bread, napkins, and parmesan cheese she said sure and forgot about us. My wife had to get napkins from the salad bar. We eventually got our son's dinner. She didn't even bring the Parmesan cheese to us. Our family was really looking forward to the cinnamon knott's. Unfortunately Aleah just gave us the check without asking if we would like dessert. So sad. I went to pay and let the cashier know of the service and got a reply that there are a few servers that act this way and don't care about customer service. Her tip is justified. I doubt we'll be back. I return to restaurants based on the quality of food and customer service. Aleah if you don't like your job leave and be grumpy with poor service...
