Morgan Jewelers - City Creek — Attraction in Salt Lake City

Edit: Recently I had to send my ring back to be cleaned and 10 diamonds were found to be cracked. The problem has not yet been rectified because my ring was made with the stones already set therefore, they are of varying sizes. It was cleaned, resized for me (I lost a little weight so it was too big) and sent back looking like new. I have a warranty so its all good. I opted to keep my ring, but they did give me options because my ring is no longer being sold. So Morgans' is looking for different sized diamonds to replace in my ring, but I still have the option to change it, if I like. Honest people and they work hard for considering I live in Florida.

I went in to get a piece of jewelry cleaned. Taylor helped me out with that and did a wonderful job and while there, I finally ran across a ring that I have had my eyes on for sometime now. Jackson was there to help. He didn't have to sell me on the ring, I sold him on selling me the ring. It was actually on sale. Needless to say, I had to go through financing to get the ring. I didn't want to spend a lot but my husband knew I wanted that upgrade. We got the ring with almost half of the purchase cost as a down payment. The ring needs to be resized and they are shipping it to my house in FLORIDA. Jamie, Jackson and Taylor we all super helpful. Danica was in the background helping another customer. My fiancé recently proposed to me with my dream ring, none of this would’ve been possible without Kimi (Kimberly?). My fiancé and I came in just to take a look and she was so helpful, not at all pushy and you could tell she was just as excited about the ring as we were. I knew almost the exact design I wanted, my fiancé on the other hand had no idea what he wanted. Kimi pointed us towards the most cost effective option, without sacrificing the quality of the ring. We were both able to find our dream rings and ended up placing the order shortly after. Kimi explained the insurance options and price estimates over text with us, as we were doing this during COVID. Kimi gave us her personal phone number and answered any questions we had, any day, and in a very timely manner. Kimi went above and beyond as far as customer service goes and our rings are even more beautiful than we imagined. Kimi remembered us by name each time we stopped by, which made my fiancé and I feel like we trusted the right company and the right employee for this very important task. She even kept the whole thing a secret from me while my fiancé was planning his proposal. I am so glad we ended up going to Morgan Jewelers for our rings and had Kimi helping us through this process. Kimi and her staff at the City Creek Morgan Jewelers were absolutely incredible! My fiance and I were in Salt Lake as part of an international visit to the US (I'm American, but he's from abroad). We decided that we wanted to get married while we were in the US (something that we cannot do in his country). We decided to stop in and see if this location had rings that we liked in our sizes. We only had a short time in the area, and we would be returning to our overseas location in a short while.

We found the perfect rings for an affordable price, but our long, skinny fingers were not easy to fit. Kimi reached took down my phone number, reached out to the head office, and called me later in the day to confirm that they had the rings in our sizes. Kimi kept in regular contact with us throughout the process, and ensured that we knew whether the rings would arrive in time.

When it looked like the rings might get in too late, Kimi arranged to ensure that we could have the rings shipped to us, and offered to take care of the shipping costs. Fortunately, the rings arrived just in time.
