I have used his services MANY times, and never not once, did I have a bad experience. My first trip, I remember being nervous that it wasn’t going to go well, and my info would be compromised. This was about two years ago. I can now say that I never have those concerns, and that every-time I need my phone’s screen replaced, he is there to do it happily. His prices, his effervescent personality, AND his customer service skills CANNOT be touched by anyone else fixing phone screens in SAVANNAH. You will not be disappointed at all. He’s very quick. He clearly elucidates what he’s going to do, and what the cost will be based on your needs and finishes (repairing screens) in 20-30 minutes tops. He’s very good at what he does. And I will mention this because this, (I hope that it doesn’t sound funny in ANY type of malicious way, it isn’t the intention, but I’m sure one could infer that this is NOT meant to be taken out of context) is also a plus…you know he’s good if he can seamlessly and effortlessly fix your phone/tablet screen even while having a damaged finger. That says ALOT. Some people have all 10 exploitable fingers, and still CANT get it done as quick and as professional as he can. I can’t ever remember his name, but I never forget his face. It’s always a pleasant experience from the time I walk into the door to drop off my phone, until the time I exit the store after picking it back up. I’m long overdue for leaving this review, but, better late than never ! Please choose him, you will not be disappointed. His prices are soooo fair and probably the cheapest you’ll find ANYWHERE. I’m a frequent customer because I’m either breaking my screen on my phones, or it’s my kids’ phone that needs to be fixed…either way, he gets the job done and he’s very trustworthy. Read moreAs much as I love wine, it can also be the devil. Had a spill on my macbook air...inevitable damage of course. Took it in to XFIX the next day after work and was quoted a decent honest price. The next day I stopped by to check the extent of the damage after cleaning (with wine the corrosion starts almost immediately) and the circuit board needed replaced & he even showed me the pictures. He discounted the remaining balance after the deposit and I was relieved. So here we are today only a week later (typing on my macbook right now) and it works just like new! The service was fast and I had NO data loss! As soon as the part arrived he got to work on it and here we are! I am VERY pleased and highly recommend! Can't beat the price honestly. Anywhere else I'd probably end up having to buy a new one. This girl is sincerely grateful over here! Thank you!!!!

Hadi spent over an hour trying at first to figure out where the problem originated (my phone, not my service). He explained exactly what he was doing and why. I understood everything that he was doing. He researched options online and tried several things. We thought the problem was resolved but unfortunately that was not the case. He then spent more time looking into Apple website forums for others who have been having the same problem and the recent Apple update seems to be when the issue began for most of us. So I wait for the new update to fix it or buy a new phone. For all his efforts and time, I paid nothing. He said it was a learning experience for him as well. You won't find more outstanding customer service anywhere. And the best thing you can do is BRING THE ITEM INTO THE STORE. Don't try getting it diagnosed over the phone.
