Metropolis — Attraction in Somerville

I received bill asking for Payment when i parking my car there, $45??? I passed less then 1 hour more than the limit, and i didn't receive any notice about pay for that less then 1 hour extra, also there was no any instruction how pay, at least not visible, there was no machine to pay, nothing, the gate just open for me come in and get out.. like i said, i never received bill to pay the $3 for that hour, and now I'm surprisingly received bill with $45 to pay because that less 1 hour extra??? No notice, no good view information, before when they had machine when you put in and out your card was much better, i never had problem before, now it's a crap.. I'm frustrated and never parking my car there anymore.. they don't make our life easy, but...

Garage advertises EV charging, but the EV chargers are off and padlocked to they cannot be used. It's been this way for a year now.
