I bought my first pair of Lululemon Wunder Under Tights a year ago in December. I LOVED them. Comfortable in all weather, great for working out and day to day wear, no fading or piling. However, after a year of wear, the crotch had a hole and several of the seams were coming undone. Having paid $98 for them, I was disappointed, but read that Lululemon will repair and resew the seams of any of their products. I brought them into the store hoping for just this. Imagine my surprise when after examining them, the sales associate told me that the amount of ‘unseaming’ that I had experienced was not typical of their product quality and REPLACED them with a brand new pair on the spot. Not at all expected, but greatly appreciated. Shay/e ( I believe was the sales associate’s name) was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and the experience restored my faith in Lululemon. After she exchanged my tights, I asked her some questions about clothing for my upcoming backpack trip to Thailand. She was incredibly knowledgeable about materials/product/practicality of traveling in a hot but conservative climate. Friendly and professional, pressure and hassle...
Read moreI really like the clothing and products here. I think they do a great job of the high end athletic apparel that you can wear sometimes when you aren't getting sweaty.
This location specifically has terrible customer service. I walked in and was the only customer in the store, I browsed the mens section for a few minutes, and then went to the sale rack. I thought they didn't have sale racks, and b/c of that I try to buy something every time I go in. The four employees were standing around talking about who is dating whom. I decided to wait and spend my money elswhere. I didn't even get eye contact from an employee until after I left the store. I didn't buy anything this trip. Maybe next time?
There's totally local places, but they have stuff that's real...
Read moreVery nice store. Leggings and workout shirts and warm up jackets and water bottles and bags and sports bras and yoga mats. Lots of pretty solids, neutrals, pastels. Not a lot of pattern (not their vibe, I get it) Just so you know, I didn't see any sizes over 16. I found it difficult to find any tops in 14. Not a lot of variety in size 12 leggings, mostly red and blues. Bras went up to an E. The price range is on the higher side, at least $100 for a top or leggings. The entrance was NOT wheelchair accessible, stairs directly inside front door. They proudly had a LGBT ally flag hanging up. 🌈 They did have a gender neutral/ men's clothing section as well as women's. Cool vibe and very nice employees. Would go back...
